In the previous chapters, with the guise of improving the hero students' skills and preparing them for another internship, the first-year students were sent off to Wolfsbane High, where they got to train in a world-class facility and meet foreign heroes to train with. While the students were occupied with their extensive training inside and outside the country, the schools have been discreetly following the 'vague' instructions of the commissions in providing a list of contingency plans which includes U.A high's upgrade on their securities and facilities.

After a week of training in Russia, the first-year students were given a short time to rest preparatory to their transport on their respective chosen hero agencies. With Shouto Todoroki's invitation and All Might's encouragement, Katsuki Bakugou and Izuku Midoriya had selected to train under the new number one here, Endeavor, and one could say that their first meeting with the said hero was already an eventful one.

They have already managed to apprehend Starservant along with his goons. Furthermore, the number one hero and the interns had bumped into the number two hero, Hawks, along with a very suspicious red book.

The Paranormal Liberation Front.

A society completed by personal responsibility. This is the ultimate goal of Destro, the commander of the Paranormal Liberation Front. "I'm promoting this book to all the heroes across the nation and my friends. This would somewhat help with liberating their mindset. At least go through the parts I marked." This is what the number two hero emphasized before leaving Endeavor and his interns with a copy of their books.

For others, Hawks' intention may seem harmless, a twenty-two-year-old young adult wishing to expound on his ideology and opinions in society. However, for Endeavor, he knew something was off. The behavior that Hawks showed to him in the past few days was very different from how he delivered himself today.

The absence of a single smile was all it took for Endeavor to heed Hawk's suggestion: read the parts I've marked. As soon as he stepped inside his office, leaving the new interns in the hands of his sidekicks, he sat on his chair and began flipping through the pages and reading through the phrases highlighted in yellow highlighter.

It seemed deliberate. He was determined to send the message as if he couldn't talk about it.

It only took him a few minutes to figure it out. He was immediately filled with an alarming shock by the message he managed to construct, frantically flipping through the pages as he read: Our enemy is the liberation front. They have over 100,000 people. In four months, they will attack.

This is the start of calamity—the awaited war between heroes and villains.

Before that, I will give the signal.

Everyone knew Hawks as the current number two hero. He is very popular among the masses as he reached the top 10 pro heroes at the mere age of eighteen, making him the youngest top Pro Hero and the fastest to reach the top in Japan. With this, a lot of people admire him as a charismatic hero. However, little do they know that he works as an undercover agent against the Liberation Front. He had managed to get recruited into the group and had strict access inside their hideouts and meetings. The Liberation believed he was a great asset and was overly careful in accepting him in their organization, but Hawks was formidable in keen intellect. He is observant, collected, and a quick-thinker, and he knew of the risk he may gain through this mission as he knew the Liberation Front was carefully watching him.
