"How about we take a step back for now and rest?" Sakura suddenly intervened, breaking the icy atmosphere. "Everyone's exhausted, and we don't have concrete plans on what to do next, or are you suggesting that we just barged out like any other idiot?" Sakura asked with a sarcastic tone, giving Katsuki an impassive look. She raised an eyebrow and moved her head to try and see if anyone would still dare to open their mouth and argue. "Well, it seems like everyone agrees. Rest first, and then we'll talk again later."

"Sakura suggests talking again a little later." Adrian briefly translated to his teammates. Kirill clicked his tongue and rolled his eyes at Katsuki before moving to guide Zasha to the dirty kitchen where it should be safe from prying eyes.

Alexei pulled up his sleeve to try and check his smartwatch to see if he had received any calls from their supervisors, but there were still no further instructions from them so far. "Kirill's staying with Zasha for now." he turned his head and saw Lilian looking at him with worry, "should we go and try to talk with her?"

Shaking his head, Alexei answered with, "It's best to leave her for now so she could have more time to think without any pressure."

"Is Todoroki-kun alright?" Izuku asked with genuine concern as he approached their table.

Sakura gave him a brief look and nodded before returning her attention to her sleeping cousin. "He's in a state of recuperation. Umi said his body became too frigid after using his ice quirk, so I'm helping with warming him." Her presence is already a big help for Shouto since Sakura could still emit some heat even with no skin-to-skin contact with her body. She just wishes that Izuku would just leave after she answered him, but instead of going, he took the liberty of sitting in front of the couch across them. Her eyebrows raised when she noticed a few cuts on his face, and she couldn't help but ask. "Were you hurt?"

Izuku managed to flash a smile. I'm glad she's not entirely ignoring me. "It's nothing serious." He cleared his throat, and his hands had started to play with each other beneath the table unconsciously. "It was my fault that Kacchan and I fell from the sky and got hurt in the process."

"And I imagined it didn't go well." Sakura chuckled at the thought of seeing Katsuki losing his sanity after experiencing an accident due to Izuku's clumsiness.

Her reaction seemed to have made Izuku excited as his body slowly relaxed. He tried his best to match her mood and felt it was okay to continue the conversation. "Well, I did him badly, but he still saved me. I'm very thankful for that."

Pursing her lips for a moment, Sakura's tongue moved to wet her dried lips. She was contemplating whether she would politely ask him to leave or just let him sit there and feel the awkwardness between the two of them. Sakura couldn't help but sigh, her eyes briefly catching Uraraka, who was stealing glances in their direction. "Izuku." She suddenly called, which the green head enthusiastically answered. "My answer remains the same. You know that, right?"

Ah. Izuku suddenly felt disappointed but maintained his smile. "Yes, I am fully aware of that, and my answer remains the same as well."

You seriously need to look around more, Izuku. "Whatever," she mumbled, turning her head away. Making him leave is already out of the question; she'll just let him stay there to take a rest. Her head immediately perked when she caught Alexei approaching them from her peripheral; she turned her head and asked, "Is something wrong?"
