You wake up first. it was 4 am and your phone was ringing. you checked to see who it was and it was Hinata. you picked up the call.
'Hey, y/n! Would you like to go for a walk?'
'Seeing that you woke me up and I can't get back to sleep, fine. be there in 10'
'Ok! Sorry!' he says and you end the call.
you sleepily get out of the futon and step over all your teammates in an attempt to get to the bathroom. you have a quick shower and sleepily put on your number 3 jersey shirt and the Shiratorizawa volleyball jacket over the top.
you head out the door and see Hinata and the Green haired pinch server.
'Y/n!' Hinata says jumping in the air.
'hey, Hinata!' you turn to the green-haired boy. 'Hi! I don't think we've met! I'm Y/n F/n From Shiratorizawa's girl volleyball team!'
'Uhhh I'm Yamaguchi Tadashi the pinch server for Karasuno!' He bows to you.
'Yes I know, I watched you all beat my boyfriend's ass.'
'He did give us a hard time though!' Hinata says.
'Is Ushijima your boyfriend?' Yamaguchi asks.
'PFFT!' you say.
'Nah he's one of the single guys. Tendou.'
'GUESS MONSTER?!' He asks.
'yup!' you say.
'he seemed pretty mean..'
'Well, no he's only like that in games, at the training camp he was nice!' Hinata says
'Also speaking of training camps.. I never had time to scold you didn't I?' you say. you were about to give Hinata a scold.
'uh oh....' he says.
'WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT I PROMISED SUGA I WOULD ONLY TAKE CARE OF TSUKISHIMA AND THEN I HAD TO TAKE CARE OF BOTH OF YOU EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE ONLY A BALL BOY! SUGA WAS SUPER WORRIED ABOUT YOU HE HAD A FEELING YOU WOULD GO TO SHIRATORIZAWA THANK GOD HE CALLED ME OTHERWISE HE WOULD'VE BEEN SO SCARED!'
'IM SORRY!' He says bowing.
'Im still grateful though! You helped me train after practice too and walked me home!'
'Yeah because it was getting dark and I didn't want to leave a first-year alone!'
'Let's get walking now!' Yamaguchi says.
you all take off and stop by the arena, look around for a while, but then go on your way again.
Hinata starts speaking. 'umm y/n, Yamaguchi wants to ask someone out but he doesn't know how to..'
'HINATA!' He says.
'Hmm is this certain someone Tsukishima that salty boy?'
he blushes in response.
'Got it. But I'm also guessing Hinatas going to take advantage of the advice I give Yamaguchi so he can use it on Kageyama.'
'Wait... Hinata likes Kageyama?'
Hinata blushes harder than Yamaguchi did.
'Y-yes..'
you tell them that asking advice from people would be different to what The person you're asking out, thinks.
'Like for example, Tendou asked me out Just by asking, there were no weird shenanigans. And of course, for the date, it needs to suit your partner. When we were trying to get Goshiki and Aido together, we left them alone in the food court and they eventually went shopping. With Keiko and Yamagata, Keiko loves arcades so we set them up and then went to a park to eat takeaway food.'
'Now I'm kinda curious to hear the stories of how those two couples got together.'
'And you and Riko-san too!' Hinatas adds.
you smile and tell them the stories and by the time you finish the stories, you were already back at the inns.
'Thanks for the advice y/n! see you at Nationals!' Yamaguchi says as he skips off towards their inn.'
you wave back to Yamaguchi and Hinata and head back into the inn.
it was already 5:30 and everyone was up and getting ready.
'Y/N WHERE THE HELL DID YOU GO?!!?' Riko screams at you when you enter.
you said you went for a warm-up jog with the two boys from Karasuno and then went out to go grab some breakfast. Breakfast was as Hectic as usual. Everyone grabbing plates as quickly as they could so they could be the first to grab food. You all ate and hopped on the bus towards the arena.
'WOAH~!' you hear the first years say.
'This place Is much bigger than in the past two years!' Riko says.
'F/n!!!' you turn around to see Tendou and the boys team.
you turn around with a stern face, Riko, Aido, and Keiko did too.
'Oh my god you weren't kidding when you said you were going to slap me didn't you?' Yamagata says.
'well, its time for the taken squad to depart. See you!' Goshiki turns to run away but Aido holds onto his jacket. you reach for the rest of your boyfriend's jackets. you all tug them away as they started screaming for help.
about 10 minutes later, you all stopped torturing your boyfriends and headed inside to get ready.
damn I need to pee.
'i'll be back!' you say running off to the toilet.
you get there in time. you quickly run out straight away only to run into some boys. they were probably playing in nationals too. they reeked of alcohol for some reason (underaged drinking) and inched closer to you. The two boys seemed attractive but the energy around them was foul. there were no good intentions.
One grips your hands up and cover your eyes.they were moving you somewhere. when they uncovered your eyes, you were behind the arena and they pinned you against the wall.
'Hey, we're playing soon so if you don't mind I'd like to be a little hyped up. the boy got close to your neck, you could feel his breath.
you couldn't take it so you kicked him in the private part (ehehe Himura pt. 2 vibes) and he coward to stop the pain. he lay on the ground in pain.
wait there's the other one! SHIT!
the other boy was inching closer to you.
what do I do shit I didn't think this through no goddammit.
you back up against the wall and close your eyes. You were waiting for something terrible to happen.
Whack!
You open your eyes slowly to see Hinata and Kageyama, Kageyama holding a pipe in his hands.
'Don't touch her ever again' he says to the figures on the ground. you hug him and Hinata. soon, Suga was there.
'Y/n! Your teams looking for you!' he says. He looks down at the ground and sees the other boys.
'Oh my god are you all alright. What did they do to you?' he looked at you worryingly.
'Hinata and Kageyama saved me I'm alright thanks to them.' you say smiling.
The girls and boys team come around the corner too.
'WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY Y/N!?!' Tendou says, marching angrily towards the boys on the ground.
you step in front of him and hold onto his shoulders.
'It's alright, Kagehina took care of it'
'Kagehina..?' the boys look at you surprised.
'Not bothered say both your names you basically do everything together.'
'Well, Tendou, we only took care of one of them the other one was on the ground when we came.' Kageyama says.
you smile evilly at the figure they were referring to the other boy on the ground.
'Y/n, you're a bit scary..' Hinata says.
'Well this is nice and all, but our match is about to start.' Riko says smiling warmly at the boys.
'Bye!!!' you say following Riko off to the court.
you make it there with the rest of the team and warm-up.
time for some fun now.
