*The Next Day*
Kate's POV
I woke up, in Sam's arms. I looked around... It was only Sam, Connor, and me.
"Hey ba- Kate, I ment Kate." Sam said.
I giggled.
"Sorry Kate."
"Its okay."
"The doctor said that you have recovered, and that you can now move around."
"I like being lazy though." I said, and we both laughed.
"No problem, I'll wheel you around if you wanna."
"Did you sleep well?"
"Not really, I'm heading home now, wanna come?"
"No, I'll stay with Connor."
Sam gave me a hug, and a kiss on the head, and left to go home.
I looked at Connor, I held his hand, and held back the tears.
"Connor, If you can hear me right now, I want you to know that I need you, I haven't said it a lot but i need you. Please don't leave me. I can't do this alone. You kept me alive, litterally. That other day, if you didn't come in the bathroom, I would've bleed to death. If you hear me right now, just don't leave me." I said.
I sat in the chair crying.
