I wake up in my bed all alone. Where'd Ludwig go? Oh right he would have gone running or something. I look at the calendar and I see today's date with a heart on it. Oh that's right it's Valentine's Day, i set up a date last year so it's Ludwig's turn. He probably didn't remember though...
I hear a knock at my door so I get up from the bed and answer it, when I open the door I'm met in the face with a bouquet of (f/f). I take a step back in shock and I see Ludwig blushing.
"What are these for?" I ask
"Happy valentines day." He mumbles shyly and hands me the flowers
We walk inside and I place the flowers in a vase.
"I umm set up a date if jou vant to go." Ludwig says blushing
It's so funny to see the normally serious and angry so shy and nervous, I accept Ludwig's offer and then head to the bathroom to quickly get ready. I walk back out again and Ludwig is pacing nervously.
"Vhat if he doesn't like it?" He whispers to himself

"Ready to go?" I ask and his head shoots up from his hands
"Ja, let's go." He says and takes my hand in his

We walk out into the still cold streets as it's mid February and still winter.
"Where are we going?" I ask
"Zhe park, but zhat is all I'm going to say." Ludwig Answers
When I arrive at the park I see a small picnic blanket, a picnic basked, with red rose petals complete plates and cups. I wonder if this is what Ludwig set up?
"Umm I voke up early to cook zhe food and set zhis up, I hope jou like it." He says blushing and looking away
"Oh Luddy I love it." I say and quickly run over to the picnic
He sits down next to me and pulls out a few plates of different foods. My favourite (f/fo), sandwiches, and (f/ca). He pulls out some beer and (f/d) for us to share. There are also small chocolate hearts which are so cute.
"Wow Luddy this all looks amazing, you didn't have to do all of this." I giggle
"I vanted to, I read about doing something special for jour valentine and I vanted to try it." He says grabbing a plate of food
"Well I'm happy you did, you're the best boyfriend." I say kissing his cheek
"I have two more present." He says grabbing a small wrapped box and handing it to me
I unwrap the box and open it, inside there is a small iron cross with my name engraved on the back
"Wow Luddy this is amazing." I smile and lift it out of the box
He blushes and helps me up it on.
"I love it." I say hugging him tightly and he kisses my forehead
"I'm glad jou like it." He says
"Umm what's zhe second present?" I ask getting a little nervous
"Jou'll see can ve get home." Ludwig replies
We eat, drink and talk for a few hours before we pack up and head home through the parks walking trail. There are lots of other couples around for Valentine's Day, including one of my friends Lovino and his boyfriend Antonio.
"Oi potato bastard, what are you-a doing here?" Lovino shouts
"I took (M/n) out on a date." Ludwig replies, showing our intertwined hands
"Normally I-a would make fun of you and say (M/n) and do better." Lovino states, making us chuckle "But I'm feeling nice today so I'm going to say that it was probably a boring date and leave, come on Antonio."
We chuckle as Lovino walks away with Antonio following after him like a puppy. We continue walking home and soon enough we have arrived.
"So the super secret present?" I ask, placing down the basket and taking off my shoes which Ludwig does as well
"I zhink jou already know." Ludwig replies walking closer to me and wrapping an arm around my waist
