"Are you okay?" He asked, sitting beside me on the couch.
We were currently hanging out after he got back from tour. If I said I did not miss this idiot named Shawn Mendes then I would be lying. But having him- my best friend- with me is only making the pain worse. Now here I am, sitting on the couch with my back against the armrest, reading the text his supposed girlfriend just sent me.
Stay away from Shawn you pathetic little bitch. It's obvious you're only using him for the fame. You're WORTHLESS. When will you learn how to STAY AWAY FROM HIM?! He's MINE. If you choose to ignore this ten say goodbye to the relationship you have with his fans.
It shouldn't affect me, I know but Shawn and his fans are everything to me. I have met several of them and love them all to bits. They're like family to me. If I lose them then I lose everything. Knowing how petty and psychotic her ass is, she wouldn't hesitate to ruin my image. Even if Shawn steps in, there will be those people who will side with her thus creating a bigger problem. What he sees in her? I don't know.
"Yeah." I quickly wiped the tears streaming down my cheeks as I took a deep breath.
"Then why are you crying?" He asked concernedly while wiping the stubborn tears that keep falling.
"It's nothing."
"y/n, you know you can't lie to me. What's wrong?"
"Why would you care?"
"Because you're my best friend and we're always there for each other. What's wrong?"
"Shawn, y-your girlfriend- well, ex-girlfriend- has been terrorizing me lately, okay? She has been texting me about how you were hers as if you were her property and how she would destroy me to the fans if I didn't stay away. I know I shouldn't pay attention to it but you guys mean a lot to me... She's right. I'm just a stupid girl who hangs out with you. I'm the useless, good for nothing friend." I stood up and ran to my bedroom.
He stormed in and sat beside me.
"Leave me alone, Mendes." I said moving away from him.
He went to me and held my hand. "Shawn, please."
He wiped the tears on my cheeks with his thumb and lifted my chin with his index finger. He leaned in and crashed his lips on mine. I was surprised at his actions but kissed him back nonetheless, our lips moving in sync, the kiss getting more passionate by the second. It was the best first kiss I've been dreaming of. When we pulled away from the kiss, he rested his forehead against mine as the feeling of his lips lingered on mine.
"I love you. I don't care what she says about you because you're the best person I've ever known. Don't listen to all the haters especially her. She's just jealous because I like you and she knows I broke up with her because I could never love someone as much as I love you." He said brushing his lips against mine every time a word escapes his mouth.
"I love you too, Shawn." I whispered to him as he pulls me into a hug.
"I've always dreamt of the day I could tell you how I felt. I'm just happy today's the day my dream came true." He said looking straight in my eyes. "Will you be my princess? I promise I'll protect you, comfort you, help you, and love you."
He placed a strand of stray hair behind my ear and waited for the answer that's going to burst out inside me.
"Of course. I know you'll keep your promises. I love you Shawn. More than you know it."
"I love you too y/n." He leaned in for another kiss which heated up quickly and got pretty intense with passion...
"Wait, I thought you broke up with her because she cheated on you?" I said after the kiss.
"Um... That too." He said smiling cheekily.
"You're so cheeky." I said pinching his cheeks.
"You're lucky I love you y/l/n. Or else I would've got pissed at you for pinching my cheeks." He said carrying me in his arms and dropping me on the bed. He went on top of me with an evil smile.
"What are you going to do to me, huh Mendes?"
"You'll see soon enough." He slid his hands under my shirt and kissed my neck.
"Um... Where is this going?" I stuttered.
He started tickling my sides.
"Shawn Peter Raul Mendes! Stop it!"
"Never!" He exclaimed, tickling me harder.
"Please!"
"Nah."
"Babe, please. I have to pee!"
"Only if you give me a kiss."
"Is that it?"
"Yup."
"Of course I will."
"Okay." He finally let me go and laid beside me.
I gave him a peck on the lips and smiled mischievously.
"You know that's not what I meant." He said frowning
"Would you care to demonstrate?" I teased.
He smiled and leaned in. His lips were soft and sweet. The kiss was rougher the last few kisses but it was still enjoyable. I pulled away and slid from under him and ran to the bathroom before he could catch up. I locked the door and laughed as he whined through the other side.
"SHAWN, YOU'RE A SUCKER!" I yelled at him.
"You're such a tease!" He whined.
"Too bad!"
God, I love this idiot.

A/N: I literally wrote this when I was in 7th Grade xD It used to be a Liam Payne imagine but I don't think I could handle writing a bunch of One Direction Imagines. There are- or used to be- five members so I don't think I can make them have equal imagines without it sucking dicks. Forgive my weirdness when I wrote/edited this xD
