~Nine days later~
*Cici's P.O.V*

I woke up at five thirty in the morning the next day to make Valentine's cards for the cast.
"Hey, Cici, are you up-"
"DON'T COME IN!" I screamed at Jonathan as he tried to open the door.
"Sorry, sorry." Jon said. "What are you doing?"
"A surprise, why are you awake? It's five in the morning." I asked.
"You woke me up. I'm going back to sleep now, wake me up when you leave for church."
"Okay. Go back to sleep." I said, going back to cutting and glueing and coloring.
By eight I had fifty Valentines for the cast, my friends, and of course, Gabe.
I had attached everyone's favorite candy onto the cards.
"Clothes, clothes, clothes, clothes." I muttered, looking for something to wear to church. I settled on a pink sweater, black skirt, nude tights and black ankle boots. And my red peacoat.
"Hey, Jon, I'm leaving!" I called, planning to walk to the nine o'clock mass.
"Okay, call me if anything!" Jon said, kissing my forehead.
I walked out of the apartment, shivering at the cold, but it didn't bother me too much. The warmth of the church welcomed me for the next hour.
"The mass has ended, go in peace to love and to serve the world." The priest concluded.
"Thanks be to God!" We all responded.
I called Jon because it was colder, and I didn't feel like walking.
"Hey, can you come get me? I'm freezing, and my feet are hurting." I said into the receiver.
"You complain a lot, soprano." Jon laughed.
I giggled. "I'm sure there's a study somewhere, sopranos do complain more."
I heard the rumble of the car through the phone. "See you in a few." Jon said and hung up.
"I'M HERE!" Jon shouted out of the car.
All the parishioners around me glared at us.
I climbed into the car laughing. "I'm gonna be in trouble now."
"Oh, well." Jon laughed. "Were going to the Richard Rodgers now, I've got your suitcase, and you're staying with Lin tonight and tomorrow night and who knows how much longer."
The ride to the Richard Rodgers was basically us singing Hairspray the entire time.
"Ceci, good, you're here, come quick, look at this Ham4Ham were doing, come here, Jonathan, get in here, look!" Lin said excitedly, pulling us in when we approached the theater.
"Is that Elmo?" I asked Lin, walking into the theater. Chris was singing The Story of Tonight with Elmo, and it was adorable.
When they finished singing, I walked into the camera frame with Lin. He shouted' "Good luck with the lotto! That's Elmo!"
I kneeled down in front of Elmo. "Hi!" I laughed.
"Hi!" Elmo responded.
I talked with Elmo, hugging him when I had to go. "Bye Elmo!"
Lin, Jon, Chris and I walked backstage, and I was literally crying. "I love Elmo!"
"I know." Lin laughed, hugging me sideways, still moving up stairs.
"I think I'm gonna sit in your dressing room and watch something." I said to Jon. The cast had some rehearsing for tomorrow. "I'm tired, Sunday's are exhausting, and I still have some homework to do."
I sat down at the desk, then jumped back up.
"I HAVE VALENTINES!" I screamed, jumping onto the stage. Everyone stopped dancing and singing.
"That was dramatic." Lin laughed.
I spent half an hour passing out cards to the cast, to the ensemble, and to the conductor of the orchestra, Lac. Everyone smiled, and ate their candy, and hugged me, and thanked me, and I bundled up and asked Lin if I could meet some of my friends.
"Yeah, just be back here by six, that's when I leave, with or without you." Lin said, mouth filled with candy.
I caught a train to Central Park and sat in Strawberry Fields. Pulling out Harry Potter, i red until I felt a familiar tap on my shoulder.
"We need to stop meeting like this." Gabe said, again, handing me a coffee. "I know you've already had one, but it's cold."
I smiled and rook the coffee, allowing Gabe to pull me up and wrap his arm around my waist. "Happy Valentine's day."
"Happy Valentine's Day." I responded, pulling the card out of my bag. He grinned and wrapped his arms around my waist as I threw mine around his neck.
"You're adorable." Gabe responded, smiling against my lips.
"So are you."
After a very nice few hours, Gabe walked me out of the park and towards the subway station.
"Before we go into the station, I've got a surprise for you." Gabe murmured, pulling me in the opposite direction of the subway.
"What?" I laughed as he covered my eyes.
"Ta da!" Gabe grinned, uncovering my eyes. I laughed again.
"A car?" I asked.
"Mine! I've finally saved enough to buy her. Isn't she gorgeous?" Gabe asked, opening the passenger door for me. He was going to be eighteen next December, but could legally drive.
"It's beautiful! Will you drive me back to the theater?" I asked rhetorically.
Gabe grinned and leaned over to kiss me again, this time both of us smiling madly. "Of course I will." He responded, starting the engine.
He dropped me off at the Richard Rodgers just as Lin and Jon were getting out of the stage door. "Nice ride." Lin commented as Gabe walked me to them, kissing me goodbye.
"Ew, kisses." Jon joked.
I grinned as Lin and I walked away, talking about what I did while I was out, and tomorrow's arrangement for the Grammys.
Today was a beautiful Valentine's Day.
The best one ever.
