ISHA'S POV
And it's his birthday!
Everything is going so nice just according to what I thought.
When I & Avika went to Juhu in morning, we talked a lot about our lives.
Mihir's childhood was the main topic of discussion & she told me that how even after being in two different continents they were so close.
In the morning aunty too came to know that last night, I was with Mihir but Thank God she didn't tell uncle or I'm sure he would've left no stone unturned to tease Mihir & me.
Okay! I was missing my mom & dad then!
I even called mom & dad asking if they'll be able to make it and thankfully, they will!
In the morning we went to Iskcon & Gurudwara and Oh Man!
Going to these places with Mihir, have always been in my bucket list.
We did lunch & then a little shopping, moreover it was shopping for gifts.
Okay I know he isn't a kid but, in this last year, Mihir has pampered me with everything, my every wish, even my unsaid wishes.
So, why shouldn't men be pampered?
"Hey! There must be a parcel on the name Isha Mittal " I asked the manager of the boutique
"Yes madam. We've been waiting for you to see it for further work. " She said
I looked at the outfit and smiled.
"Send it to the main showroom. I've talked to the designer" I told and she nodded.
"Anything else ma'am. Do you like any of the outfits?" She asked
"Well, I don't want one but your collection is pretty so I've taken a midi dress. " I told and she smiled as I swiped my card.
"Thank you" I replied taking my parcel and went out.
"What have you bought? " Mihir asked me
"Why should I tell you? " I mocked
"That's not fair Isha" He huffed
"Babe, you'll get to see what I bought after wards on me" I said kissing his cheek then realised, I was in parking.
"Well, you can't distract me like that. And wait, I wanted to ask that there's nothing written in this itinerary." He stated
" Oh really" I asked as we set inside our car.
"Isha wait" Avika called me and I smiled inwardly.
"Listen, I want your help in a bit of shopping. I'll be leaving for NY tomorrow. So... Come with me in my car naa. Mihir will go with Uncle & aunt. " She said
"Wait. What! No" Mihir instantly spoke and Avika looked at me.
We both knew this would be his reply!
"Mihir.. You're being rude" I muttered
"Ignore him Isha. Come let's go" Avika said and I nodded looking at him and mumbling a see you.
But just as i going, he grabbed my hand.
"At least tell me what's going on Isha. What's there in this little mind of yours? " He asked and I smiled
"Shopping right now I guess" I grinned and then ran towards another car while mom & dad came to Mihir.
"Your lover boy isn't leaving you right" Mihira mocked & I blushed.
"Oh God! She's blushing again! What's with you & blushing today Isha" She asked
"Okay don't start right now. We've a lot of work to do" I told
"Where are the boys? " Avika asked
"Here" Vivaan bhai's voice came and I smiled
"You know what to do right? " I asked
"Don't worry Isha, you've two brothers now" Vikram smirked
"You've the cards with you? " I asked
"Yes ma'am" They replied and I smiled
"You both know right that before every activity Mihir will give excuse, after all Mihir Malhotra being Mihir Malhotra" I sighed and they all chuckled
"We've reasons for all his excuses as you told ma'am" Vivaan bhai said
"There are four tasks. That should be completed any how till 8 pm. Okay? At 8 pm we'll execute the main plan" I told
"It's you madam. You'll execute the main plan" Mihira bhabhi said
"I'm nervous" I mumbled
"God! Go girl. It's nothing. And moreover, you know the answer! It's just you've to tell him your answer with a twist " Avika said and I nodded still nervous.
"Okay! Isha, we've to select your dress too. You've to get ready. We all have to get ready. Where are our parents" Vivaan asked
"Have talked to everyone! Advik uncle & Naina aunt won't be able to make it. Same with Divya aunt & Jay uncle. So they'll be connecting through skype. " I told
"Mom & dad too are out of India for attending a wedding. So they too, through skype" Vivaan bhai said and I nodded.
"Mom & dad's flight have landed. They're at pent house" I told
"Great. Now let's split. We girls will go to shopping first and get ready. You all three also get ready. Boys, no phone calls now. Just messages in group through code words. Okay" Avika said and they both nodded.
"Keep talking about all of us. Or else he's very clever. He'll get to know something is wrong" I told
"Yes! Mission Proposal start " Vivaan bhai said and I nodded smiling.

After he went away we all too went to designer & I selected a beautiful red gown for me.
We three got ready & left for the venue.
After we reached the decided venue, we saw once to the arrangements.
Our parents were there too. And I smiled hugging mom & dad.
"Ready? " Mom asked
"Nervous" I mumbled
Dad smiled looking at me and showed me a box.
I opened it to find ring and I smiled hugging him.
"Thank you dad" I mumbled
"Do it mere sher ( my lion) " He whispered and I nodded as a chuckle & tear came out at same time.
In just a minute, my phone pinged & I took a deep breath!
"Everyone take your places. He's here" I announced and looked at the sky.

MIHIR'S POV
I opened the card & read it.
Today's your day buddy! So men grooming is necessary right! After all it's a party tonight.
If you're ready meet me directly at our salon.
It's Vivaan!
Such a cliche he's!!
I sighed and took keys from Charlie and drove myself to the salon and at the gate I met Vivaan & Vikram.
"You didn't have to be cliche" I said and he smirked
"Sometimes cliche is better" He replied and took me inside.
We all had our groomimg session, got my hair cut and styled the way I like, beard was set and then we took a massage.
"That's it? For this you took me here? " I asked and Vikram sighed.
"Take this." He said and handed me another card.
Will you have your favorite Tiramisu with us!
I chuckled reading that!
"You guys have gone mad" I said
"Come on Mihir. Avika told me that you love Tiramisu & it's even my favorite. And it's your birthday. Tiramisu is must" Vikram said
"Honestly, since I'm on cheat diet today, why not" I told and they both grinned.
"Stop behaving like kids. You're reminding me of her more. And your girl took my girl on shopping" I huffed and Vikram chuckled pulling me into the car.
We headed to Dolcemi and had my favorite Tiramisu there.
I took a package for home because I know if Isha comes to know that I ate desserts alone, she'll desert me for sure!
"Okay before I go home, do you have any more cards? " I asked and Vivaan smirked showing me one.
Great!
I took it and opened it!
Let's go on men's shopping eve!
"You gotta be kidding me" I glared
"What no! Since all the three girls are shopping, why shouldn't we! I mean come on, moreover you'll need an outfit for party" Vikram said
"But why shopping. Call the designer. He comes home. I wear that" I stated
"Mihir. Why not to go to the designer & we all will take something? " Vivaan asked and I sighed.
"God! Fine. Why am I even here at first place. " I muttered
"Because you chose grooming yourself, self obsessed" Vivaan mocked and I glared him.
"Okay. Let's go" Vikram said and like that we went to the designer.
And very soon I was in a black tuxedo.
"Okay guys! That's enough. I don't wanna be late at my own birthday party. Now do I have to wear birthday cap too" I mocked
"Sure if you want too" Vivaan mocked me back.
"If you weren't have been Mihira's husband, I would've kicked your ass" I muttered
"Shut up! Come on. I don't want uncle to scold us for being late. Let's just reach venue, but before that, one last thing" Vikram said and showed me a black blind fold.
"What the hell is this? " I asked
"What's a blind fold used for? " Vivaan asked this time.
"That's what I mean! Why blind fold. Wait... Are you both planning something. Or you all. Don't tell me you've surprise because I don't want one" I stated
"Mihir last thing. After that all you wish" Vikram said & I sighed yet nodded.
They blind folded me & guided me to the car.
"Where are we going. At least tell me which of my hotels? " I asked
"Shut up" Vivaan said
"At least remove the blind fold for now" I gritted
"Mihir. Can't you sit quiet for ten minutes" Vivaan snapped and I huffed.
Soon the car stopped and they took me out.
"Hey are you opening the boot of the car" I asked as heard the click.
"Okay Mihir. Now do as we say! Just sit here" Vikram said and made me sit while I felt something soft under me.
"Guys! What's happening! Where is Isha? And everyone? " I asked but before I could say something the car started driving but very slowly.
"What the... What's this" I said removing the blindfold when I saw everything black.
Well... That means Nothing at all!
"Who's dri.. " I was saying but when I looked where I was sitting, I was shocked will be an understatement.
The boot of the car was decorated with balloons and soft cushion was under me.
Oh My God!
And in seconds I saw that we entered somewhere and it's gate had big words written in semi circle.
AND SO IT BEGINS
All above me the sky was covered with golden fairy lights.
And I saw......
Mihira!!
And she danced!

I opened the note.
"We're at the destination sir! "

It's now I realised that car has stopped.
And it was all dark.
Not a single light visible.
"Guys... " I mumbled but instead of any reply there was a voice.
Voice which I was dying to hear.
