The year went by pretty swiftly for all of us. Sage went home immediately after her final end year exam which ended on the 14th of November and I finished on the 20th of November. Aya and I were planning on going home on the 30th of November because Bae begged me to stay a little longer and Aya had her own little plans with a Mr I had not met whom she says she met a while back and gave great sex that she just couldn't stay away. Siya left on the 25th because she missed home and the family was going on Vacation and coming back on the 15th of December, her and her bae were still pushing and going well and she finally told Sbu about him. Kay and Alu were coming to Durban til the 15th, Kay lied to her parents about the Durban thing and said it was a school internship thingy, Lol. So Alex, Sisa and Siya were all together in Mthatha until the 1st of December because that's when Siya was set to leave and I wasn't planning on returning to Mthatha, Nathi and I were going to meet in PE and on top of that Bomi was going to be in EL planning her wedding and Daniel was working there while his Fiancé was there for those weeks and days. They were going to have the wedding in EL at this beautiful resort. Their date was the 10th of January and they were going to have a traditional wedding, Nathi, Sina and I were her bridesmaids and sis Tee was her maid of honour. Things were just great. It was November 27 on a Thursday and Aya was elsewhere doing lord knows what and I was at the flat bored AF. I had just finished skyping with my siblings and we had been talking about the wedding and all that. I couldn't wait to see them shame, as I had just finished talking to them I got an unexpected call from Sandiso. I was surprised honestly I mean last time we spoke was on our supposed anniversary in August when he and I were supposed to be celebrating our one-year anniversary had he not fucked Entle and had our mom's not been sisters. I answered

Him: I know but hey I missed hearing your voice and I missed you
Me: wow I'm flattered, well I miss you too by the way
Him: what are you up to?
Me: sitting bored in my room

Me: he's at work and will only come out at 6
Him: which gives you and I 5 hours to catch up and let loose

He said shouting from the door and I ran out to open. I got to the door and dropped the call//

I said breaking the hug and leading us to the kitchen.

Me: You stayed away from them during June Holidays Sandiso, how long are you planning on staying away?

Him: Your bio granddad is currently in the hospital paying for his crimes

Him: He had a heart attack and it doesn't look good, he's been in Hospital for 2 weeks' now

Him: you'll have to ask her that. Anyway get dressed we going out to have fun

I took out a blue boyfriend jean, white strappy vest and a blue denim jacket with an open toe heel and a white handbag. I took my phone and dialled Damon.

I was still an attorney but it was luckily my last year doing those petty little lawyer jobs. So today's been flipp'n hectic, so hectic that I haven't been in the office the whole of today and I didn't even have any breakfast. I've just been in court since 8am and this didn't look like it was ending anytime soon. I got a call from Mahle in the middle of a case but I couldn't take the call because this court case was that important and I was planning on getting back to her later on. She kept trying 9 more times before she gave up, I wanted to take the call but I just couldn't and it seemed urgent for her to call so many times. Finally, we were given that mini break and it was for 30min. I called her.
//Her: I've been trying to call you since forever
Me: I know and I'm sorry. I was in court
Her: court?
Me: remember I told you that today I was going to be in court the whole day?
Her: I thought you meant next week Thursday
Me: well I meant this one. So what's up Beautiful?
Her: well I wanted to tell you that My cousin rocked up unexpectedly and offered to take me out
Me: so you called me 10 times to ask me for permission to go out with Sandiso
Her: Who said it was Sandiso?
Me: why else would you call me 10 times
Her: maybe I was stranded
Me: except you not. Go have fun
Her: you sure?

reason I said she should be careful is because I got an email with a picture of her and I saying that she's beautiful and that I should keep her safe. now under normal circumstances I wouldn't mind the compliment but now the email didn't have a sender address and the ip address was untraceable which was odd and it made me think that there was someone who wanted to hurt her to get to me and Jade has been too quiet about this Dwaine character and judging from what I gathered he was Dangerous and he was an ex con and he was not someone you would want to mess with. I didn't even want Mahle staying here after writing her final paper but when I tried getting her to go home she came up with some shiit about me wanting to cheat proper without her in the way like what the fuck??? But I let her be and begged her and convinced her otherwise so she stayed. I got an apple and when I was done with it I went back inside the court room.

Being with Mahle felt like old times on the real. I kept holding her hand like before but she would hit it away and all that anything to prove we weren't together. It was around 2pm and we were at Diamond Grill & lounge sitting in a table for two chatting.

Her: Sandiso, Sisanda doesn't deserve this kind of treatment especially after everything she has been through

He went to settle the bill then we drove to my place in silence and I got off the car without saying jack shiit to him.
