scenario:
you were at your home desk because this morning you decided going to work took too much energy that you very much do not have. papers were kind of everywhere being as busy as you were. you were staring at your laptop trying to remember what you were doing kind of like what the hot and sexy author is doing right now.
you could feel your eyes gloss over and find it harder to keep them open. before you knew it your face was pressed against all your papers and light snores were coming from your mouth. (character) came into the room to check on you after having a nap of their own.
they yawned and scratched the back of their neck as they walked into your desk area - home office. when they saw you they let out a little smile finding it cute but knowing your whole body was going to ache when you wake up.

he giggled to himself a little as he walked over to your desk. "this would be a good photo." he smirked as he grabbed your phone and took a pic of you sitting there, mouth open and drooling a bit. he knew you would hate him for it but he couldn't help himself.
"alrighty here we go." he groaned a bit as he lifted you in his arms. you stirred around a bit but were still dead asleep. "man you are heavy" he said to himself as he carried you to your room. he laid you down on the bed and put the covers over your body. he went to go to the kitchen to grab some water for himself. when he came back he was climbing over you to get on the other side of the bed but then fell straight on top of you, his elbow in your rib.
"OW WHAT THE FU-" he got on his knees and held his hands together. "I'M SORRY I'M SORRY I WOKE YOU FROM YOUR PRECIOUS BEAUTY SLEEP!!!"

he blushed to himself a little wondering how you two ended up together. he was a little scared to wake you up or move you, but he knew your body would be incredibly sore. so he made a compromise.
he went to the bedroom and grabbed two pillows and a little throw blanket. when he got back to your desk he very very very slowly lifted your head and slipped the pillow under. he was acting like this was an A-level mission. he put the second pillow behind your back, he didn't know if it would help but he just decided to do it anyways.
then he lightly set the throw blanket over your body. after that he didn't know what more to do, so he sat on the floor with his back against your chair laying his head lightly on your lap.

immediately when he got home he passed out. he honestly didn't even realize you decided to work from home. but when he got up he heard light snores coming from your office area. he followed the sound to see you passed out. he sighed to himself.
"why do you do this to yourself, in the end, i'm going to have to deal with you groaning about your neck hurting." he puts his hands under your arms and lifts you up. he doesn't know if it's muscle memory or you're slightly awake but you wrap your arms around his neck and legs around his waist.
he takes you to the couch and lays you down to where your head is laying on the armrest. when he sets you down he feels that his shoulder is wet. "what is this? IS THIS DROOL!!" he yells to himself. he sees you stir and stands completely still, scared that you woke up from his yelling.
when he sees you stop moving he lets out the breath he was holding, as he was walking away to go to the kitchen he heard more moving. "ow my neck hurts."

"what in the devil are you doing," he asks to himself. he moves his finger around in the air and tsks. he comes over to stand beside you. "you aren't going to be able to fall asleep tonight if you decide to take a nap now." he takes on somewhat of a fatherly role.
upon hearing his voice you quickly lift your head with a paper sticking to your cheek. "huh?" you say still slightly in dreamland. he groans and takes the paper off your face. "come on, i'll let you take a nap without bothering you this time, but laying like that is bad for your posture. all you do is look at him with confusion. he sees this and groans for like the fourth time.
he picks you up to where your head is laying on one of his arms and your legs on the other. this takes you a bit by surprise. he leads you both to the bedroom and lays you on your side of the bed. he sits beside you. "i need to get some reading done anyways." he tells you.

"i knew you were going to do this the moment you said you were staying home," he says you obviously not responding. he doesn't feel the need to move you deciding you get to face your own consequences, but he wants to be in your presence.
he jumps on the corner of your desk and just sits there. he has a lollipop in his mouth and his legs are swinging a bit. after a while, he finally looks at the clock on the wall and realizes it's been more than 30 minutes.
he jumps off the desk and starts shaking your arm trying his best to get you awake. "wake up," he repeats a few times. yet you don't even budge. he's fighting the urge to just leave you there. ranpo shakes you one more time and your head shoots up insanely fast. "you finally decided to get up. anyways we should watch a movie. it's boring when you're napping."
