Mihir's POV
Okay, firstly I admit... I kinda.. Like that girl.
No, don't you dare take it wrong subconcious!
I mean just like the way she is.
Hardworking, dedicated, passionate and smiling.
Well, I'll here decide which way you like her or not!
No one actually asked you, you subconscious!
But one thing I know for sure is, I don't like that Aayan.
I don't like him at all. And I want him to stay away from her.
I gave her the presentation to give tomorrow.
Though she looked a bit scared yet, I know she'll do it.
Because she has that passion in herself.
And moreover, after some time, she'll become a CEO herself and she needs to learn how to lead the team.
And it's inside her, she just needs to expose herself to that.
When I went to give her coffee, I knew she don't like black coffee, so I made the one which mom drinks.
The normal milk coffee.
And I remember her saying thanks to me with her dimpled smile.
And that automatically bought a small curve on my face.
I woke up early at 7 am and after a bit of jogging and exercises, I took a bath getting ready in my formal dark blue colored tuxedo.
I went out and looked at the door just near me.
Should I knock?
But what if she's sleeping?
Idiot! It's nine am already, how can she be asleep!
But why ? You're the boss and you don't need to do that. Just go and have your breakfast!
Yes, exactly!
Before I could think more the door suddenly opened revealing her.
She was wearing a white formal top with black striaght leg trousers and her hairs were tied in a pony tail.
"Am, Good morning Mr. Malhotra"She wished
" Morning Isha. Everything ready? " I asked
"I.. Hope so." She mumbled
"Isha. You're going to be a future CEO. And you should know how to lead even a mob . So that's just a meeting. This will be your daily work then. So you've to get confident in it. " I told
'But that'll be my deal sir. Whether I get it or not. And then it'll be my image in concern. But right now today, If I fail, your deal and image are in concern" she explained
"I have faith in you Isha. You won't loose. We won't loose. " I stated and she looked at me with her big blue eyes.
"Pakka(sure) " she asked like a kid and I hid my smile
"Yes" I replied and she sighed nodding.
We all had our breakfast and left for the conference room.
The clients were already there and we wished them.
"It's so pleasent to see you Mr. Malhotra" Mr. Mathew wished and I nodded.
"Same here Mr. Mathew " I said
"So let's start then." He told and I nodded
We all took our places and the clients gave their presentation .
I looked at Isha and she looked a bit afraid.
"Thankyou" Mr. Mathew completed
"Intresting Mr.Mathew. Don't mind but I'll have some changes in it." I told and he looked at me but nodded.
Of course, I've all the rights!
The 80% of this hotel is mine !
"Your turn Mr. Malhotra. We're waiting for your presentation. " He said and I looked at Isha who looked tensed still.
"Sure. Ms. Mittal will be here representing K & M " I told and everyone looked at me a bit shocked.
"Am, sir a minute" Mr. Tripathi asked confused
"I know what I'm doing Mr. Tripathi" I stated and he nodded
"Mr. Malhotra, we expected you. Not your employee" Mr. Mathew resisted
"And I very well know what I'm doing Mr. Mathew. " I deadpanned and everyone in the room silenced.
"Everyone's waiting Ms. Mittal" I added and she looked at me and stood up going in front.
Going there she looked into my eyes where as I was already looking at the blue orbs.
I blinked my eyes in assurance and she gave a little nod.
Taking a deep breath, she started the presentation and my whole focus was on her.
The presentation lasted for exact forty five minutes.
And it was amazing!
The same confidence that mom used to carry when she was CEO of Kapoor empire.
And no doubts, you're going to be an amazing business woman Isha!
All you'll need is a little push to fly!
"Thank you everyone" She completed and there was a gush of applause in the room.
"Amazing. You were right Mr. Malhotra. The way this lady has presented it, even I'm shocked. It looks like some business woman was speaking" Mr. Mathew praised and Isha looked at him smiling widely.
Well, she's going to be one!
"I'm glad Mr. Mathew you liked it" She thanked
"We want no changes in this one Mr. Malhotra. And we're ready for the changes you want" Mr. Mathew said
"Great then. The deal's already signed. It's just my team has to do some final works there at hotel and in two days it will be ready to inaugurate. And I'm so waiting to see the interiors of the hotel . I hope they look as beautiful as they looked in pictures" I asked
"They're more good then pictures." He assured and I nodded.
"Team,good work everyone. This one's going to be an amazing project. " I encouraged and everyone smiled but my eyes went to just one face there which today was shining with happiness.
"Mr. Malhotra, the party's after two days. In the hotel itself. We can do the inauguration with it only." Mr. Mathew suggested
"Great then. After two days, 9 pm" I told and shook my hand with his.
After he went away, I looked at everyone.
"The party is after two days.. And till then you all have today and tomorrow's whole day for work. And last day, i.e the day of inauguration you all are free to do whatever you like. Just remember, no one should be late there. I don't entertain late comers in my own party. Clear" I asked
"Yes sir" They all said in unison
"Dismissed " I announced and went towards lift.
I reached my suite and opening it, was just going to close it when a leg came in between.
"What the...you? " I asked surprised
"I'm sorry Mr. Malhotra. I didn't mean.. I mean.. May I come in" She asked back
"Am, yeah" I said confused making way for her.
As soon as she came inside she jumped on me hugging me tightly.
And my heart too jumped with it.
It was beating unevenly yet felt so even.
Before I could process it all she broke the hug and looked at me and then looked away instantly.
"I.. I'm sorry.. I mean for this. I was just so.. Happy" She said and I raised my brow.
"Happy for what? " I asked
"The presentation Mr. Malhotra. I gave my first presentation and it was so outstanding. I mean, Thank you for the chance and thank you for making me do this" She thanked and I sighed.
"You deserve it Isha. You've done this all by yourself. Without any help. It's not that easy to give my presentation. But you gave it in your way and that's a pretty good start." I told and she smiled.
"I..I'll be going then" She said and turned to go when I held her hand.
"Mr. Malhotra .. " She whispered
"Will you be my date for party " I asked

What's wrong with you Mihir!
What she must be thinking of you !
And from when did you start thinking that what someone will think about you?
"Aa.. What " She mumbled
"I.. No no. I didn't mean like that. I mean, I've always had, mom Or Mihira while going to such parties. I call them my date too. I mean.. You're understanding right? " I asked praying internally that she understands.
"I.. Actually don't" She told confused and I sighed.
"Okay, my question might have seemed wrong. I'll asked again. Will you join me for the inauguration party since I don't have mom Or Mihira here? " I asked again and she raised her brow.
She looks so damn cute when she do this!
That raising one eyebrow up and looking at me..
I mean... At anyone!
"I've a condition or two " She said and it was my turn to raise a brow.
"I'm the boss Isha." I reminded her and she gave me a duh look.
That's about her!
She says me sir or very formally Mr. Malhotra, but she never treats me like an employee does!
I mean come on, who in the world gives duh and bored looks to a boss!
"Fine. Vomit" I muttered and she grinned.
I can comply to the conditions if she smiles like this!
Ugh! Get a grip Mihir Malhotra!
"Okay so first, it's really very urgent. I need a dress" She said
"So what I'll do it that? " I asked
"Since, you want me as a.. Date, I'll need to shop" She mocked and I gave her a fake glare.
"Okay okay fine. I really didn't know that Mr. Mathew had any plans of throwing inauguration party. So I didn't bring any formal party wear. Hence I need to shop for it. And since, I don't know Z of Zurich, I'll need someone who knows about it. And you, must know about it" She asked with that small smirk and I sighed.
"Women and their shopping" I muttered
"I heard that sir" She pouted
Am, can you stop doing that please!
"Fine. I'll get you to the store which Mihira used to shop. They've a fine collection" I told and she grinned again.
"Next, since I'm helping you out for party by going with you... You'll have to give that back to me" She said
"What? " I asked
"I will be going with you, so you have to go with me. Zurich Tour." She told
"No ways. I'm not your tour guide. Hire a one " I stated
"Really! Mr. Malhotra, you can't do this. You know everything shout Zurich, you'll be free on last day here. Everyone of us will be free and I don't even get to see Zurich. This is so injustice" She whined
"Isha. No" I stated again.
"Fine then. Find someone else for party" She huffed and started going forgetting that her arm was still my my hand.
Hence, she directly fell on me again.
"Ouch" She whined
"Sush. You whine so much" I whispered and she looked at me.
Are her eyelashes real?
They're long and thick. And they're complimenting her blue orbs.
God, Mihir! Stop noticing her so much.
"S.. Sir" She mumbled
"Okay" I sighed and she looked at me confused.
"After two days. The Zurich tour" I said
I myself don't know that why I can't say her no!
That face doesn't allow me to say no, until it's harm for her own !
"May I go Mr. Malhotra" She asked smiling and I left her hand
"Get back to work Ms. Mittal. You're not getting free before you submit me the briefs of presentation given today by Mr. Mathew and then the finance report discussing it with Mr. Tripathi" I commanded and she frowned yet nodded going.
After she went away, I too got back to some work and a video conference meeting.
It was some what 2 pm when the bell of my suite rang.
I went and opened to see Mr. Tripathi with a report.
"The finance report sir. And briefs of Mr. Mathew's presentation" He said handing me both
"Great" I mumbled
"It's all by Ishaani sir. I can't believe she's just an intern." He told and I nodded.
"She has business genes in her Mr. Tripathi" I said and he looked at me confused.
"Come inside" I told and he nodded
I closed the door and went towards the near by table keeping things that were in my hand.
"What did you mean sir? " He asked
"Heard of Mr. Kabeer Mittal & Mrs. Baani Bajaj Mittal ?" I asked and he looked at me shocked.
"The B & M empire " He whispered
"Ishaani is none other then their only child , Isha Mittal. " I revealed and his eyes widened
"The heiress of B & M empire" He again whispered and I nodded.
"But, why.. She's working here then. And that too as an intern" He asked and I narrated him the reason.
Well, he's the one of the most trustworthy person of our company.
And that's one of the reason dad wanted Isha to be under him because he's an amazing person.
"I can't believe this" He told and I shrugged.
"But remember. No one should know about it okay. No one! " I warned
"As always, zipped sir. " He assured
"Let's have lunch Mr. Tripathi. I've to head out for some work after lunch" I told and he nodded.
We had our lunch and after which Mr. Tripathi went away. .
The two days passed in blink of eyes while everyone was busy in hotel's final touches and works related to every field.
Everything was done and hotel was totally ready. This one's going to be amazing!
It was the last day here as well as the inauguration was also today.
I had just worn my suit when the bell rang.
I opened the door to see Isha standing there.
"Good morning Mr. Malhotra" She wished
"Morning. You here? " I asked and she frowned
"You forgot! Really. You were to be my tour guide today Mr. Malhotra. And then the dress" She reminded
"Oh, yes. Let's go" I said
"In this? " She asked looking at me.
"What's wrong in this? " I asked back
"The suit sir. We're going for tourist site seeing, not business one" She mocked while I glared her.
"Sorry sir " She mumbled
"That's right by the way. I'll be back in minute. Just wait for me at parking" I told and she nodded.
After changing into a casual shirt and denim with a jacket , I went to the parking and saw her waiting for me.
She was wearing this light pinkish sweatshirt with baby pink pants and she looked... Cute!
"Let's go" I said and she nodded
"Did you have your breakfast ? " I suddenly asked
Wait a second!
Why are you concerned?
Well, because I don't want her to faint in my car.
Really! Again the stupid reason!
"Yup" She said and I nodded gesturing her to move.
We went towards car and she looked at me and then looked away.
What was that!!
Mihir & Isha's outfits
We were about to just sit when, I saw that Ayaan.
"Hey, Ishaani" He smiled
"Hello Ayaan. You here? " She asked as we moved out.
"Yeah, just went for break fast . Told you right, when you were having your break fast " He said
"Oh yes. I'm really sorry, I couldn't join you" She apologized
And why is she even sorry!
What's the need to join him for lunch anyways.
"Ms. Mittal, if you're done, we've work to look after" I commanded and she looked at me and then at Ayaan and nodded.
"I'll see you at the party Ayaan." She said and Ayaan looked at me and then nodded.
Firstly, we reached the designer and she looked at me.
"That's where mom comes. She bought me an ethnic skirt last time she came in Zurich " She told and I nodded.
"Yeah. She's very famous here. Let's go in then" I said and she nodded
"Oh hello Mr. Malhotra. So good to see you" The designer whose name was Bella wished
"Hello Bella. How are you" I asked
"Amazing. How's Mihira. And how's your mom, Mrs. Meera? " She asked
"Everyone's good. And today I again need your little help" I told
"Of course. Say? " She asked
"The lady here needs to attend a formal function tonight. So your best dress for her" I told and she looked at Isha.
"My all collection will be less for her. She's epitome Of beauty " She whispered and I looked at Isha, who just smiled a bit.
"Though I'll show you my recent three pieces. Just a minute" She said and went inside
"Bad at taking compliments? " I asked and Isha looked at me.
"Amm..sort of" She told and I nodded
After some minutes, three people came with three mannequins which had three dresses on them.
One was a hot pink colored princess gown, another was a red fish tail gown and both looked amazing but she was looking at the last dress which caught my attention too.
It was a black colored one shoulder crepe gown that had a slit in front and a small cut just above stomach.
"This one" She said
"Not this one" I spoke at the same time.
"What! Why" We again spoke in unison.
"Just no Isha. This isn't..you know that pretty" I reasoned
"Well, I will buy this only" She adamantly said and I sighed.
Bella looked at both us and with a small smile nodded.
"Wanna try this here? " She asked
"Am, no. This will fit me" Isha spoke and she nodded gesturing her staff to pack the stuff.
We went towards reception and I saw the bill taking out my card.
"Here ma'am" Isha told the cashier giving her the card.
"I'm paying" I said
"Dress's mine Mr. Malhotra so why you'll pay? And moreover, I'm an independent woman "She stated
Mom used to use the same dialogue on dad. Even uses sometimes till now!
" Fine" I mumbled
"Okay. Just go and sit in the car. I'm coming with the dress" I told and she nodded going.
"Here's the dress Mr. Malhotra. And trust me, she'll look gorgeous in it. " Bella said handing me the dress and I nodded.
"Bella, a small help more" I told and she nodded
"Any jewels to go with the dress? " I asked
"Of course Mr. Malhotra. Wait a minute. I've the amazing collection of diamonds and emerald earrings to go with it. I'll show you " She said and ran inside coming back in jiffy.
I looked at the heart shaped emerald earrings which had diamonds in it and that was beautiful.
"Perfect.The bill for this " I told and she nodded.
"A paper and pen" I added and she handed me the same.

Going back, I saw Isha looking at her phone.
"What you looking at? " I asked
"Places to visit in Zurich" She told and I looked at her.
"Ain't I the one to decide? " I asked and she chuckled nodding.
"So where to Mr. Malhotra" She asked
"No where" I told and she looked at me confused.
"No where until you stop calling me Mr. Malhotra" I added
"You're the boss Mr. Malhotra" She reasoned
"But I don't want to be... I mean Right now. Which boss becomes a tour guide Isha." I asked and she looked at me and then looked away.
"Okay. Let's do one thing, while working, I'll be your boss but when we aren't working, I'll be just like every other person to you. Like.. A friend" I told
"I.. Can't. I mean this seems tough" She said
"Then Zurich visit is also tough" I stated and was going to sit in car when she stopped me
"Okay wait wait. Fine. I.. I'll try" She said and I hid my smirk.
"It's easy. Five lettered word. M-I-H-I-R " I told and she glared me.
"Amm.. Mih...Ugh. That's tougher then thought " She muttered
"Okay. Let's drop the plan then" I said
"No wait, Mihir " She whispered and I looked at her.
"Say that again" I spoke and she looked at me with those blue eyes.
"Mihir" She said with a small smile, with which my heart fluttered!
My name.. Has never sounded so good as today!
