"Hiya!" The knight exclaimed with joy as he greeted the lady who opened her eyes.
"What..." Elena trailed off in response.
Was she dreaming? Was this a nightmare? The first thing she saw when she opened her eyes were the two persons she would like to see as the last of all of the people in the world.
"What do you mean 'what'? I guess being in prison made you much dumber than you originally were," Gideon remarked with spite and hate. His excited and joyful expression immediately turning displeased.
"Why... Why are you here?!" Elena half-screamed as her throat had been dry too. She was looking particularly at the white-haired king who was silently watching her behind his knight.
However, Pier did not respond.
"We came to pick you up because you need to do something for us." Instead, it was the swordmaster who responded in place of his silent liege.
"G-Get away! Get away from me! Monsters!" She started to panic after hearing the intentions of the two individuals.
That's the worst thing Elena thought would happen to her. Fall in the hands of the people who barged inside the conference room and ruined everything for them.
No, the prison she was in right now was the better option than going with Pier and Gideon. They were hateful and spiteful. Gideon particularly showed her so much hate every time they met that she immediately know how things would turn out if she were to get out of her prison cell.
She would die in the hands of the swordmaster.
On the other hand, if she were in the same room as the silent king...
Shivers ran down the lady's spine as Pier's eyes were focused on her. She could not fully detect what was going on behind those cerulean gems that seems to spark every mischief present in the world.
"G-GET AWAY FROM ME!" She screamed when the swordmaster pried the lock of her cell open with his swords.
"HELP! HELP! GET AWAY FROM ME! HELP!" She desperately called for someone else aside from the creep that was deep in his slumber on the other cell.
But Elena had no choice.
"SIR CASPIAN! SIR CASPIAN!" She called again when Gideon had destroyed the lock.
"SIR CASPIAN! PLEASE HELP ME!" There was no one else aside from her and Caspian in the cell. Calling out to the knights on the top floor of the dungeon would be useless too as their voices could not resonate out of the floor they were in.
It was extremely deep underground that not an inch of sound would be heard even at the floor atop theirs if Elena were to scream her lungs out.
"This bitch is so noisy, I wonder how that blood-haired prince managed to keep up with her," Gideon rolled his eyes as he took a step inside Elena's cell.
"S-SIR CASPIAN! HELP!" She screamed again and that seems to have reached the sleeping attendant's ear as Caspian stirred awake.
Relief flooded the lady's body as she felt accompanied. Even though it was Caspian alone, she did not want to be the one alone dealing with Pier and Gideon.
"Mhm... W-What..." Caspian blinked twice as he grabbed the eyeglasses that were settled on the floor beside him.
"SIR CASPIAN! PLEASE HELP ME!" Elena screamed for the nth time.
Nothing could really help them at this moment. Caspian himself was locked in his cell but Elena was only calling for help to ease the nervousness she felt.
"Come here, you little slave. You need to do something for us," Gideon cracked his knuckles as he stepped closer to Elena and soon grabbed the lady by her arm.
He even squeezed the fragile biceps of the lady.
"AAAH!" She howled in pain.
"I just squeezed your arm and you're acting as if you were stabbed with a sword... Oh right, you did stab the Taron Kingdom's king with a sword haha!" Gideon laughed hysterically at the senseless joke.
"Gideon, don't kill her yet," Pier spoke curtly and, in an instant, the joyous expression the swordmaster possessed disappeared like smoke in the wind.
"My apologies, my liege," Gideon instead glared at Elena and completely dragged her out of her cell.
"SIR CASPIAN! SIR CASPIAN! CALL FOR THE KNIGHTS! ANYONE!" Her mouth was still blabbering despite her arm hurting after Gideon squeezed it.
"My..." Caspian in return was only staring in shock at the sight before him.
"My god..." He completed the sentence especially when he saw the white-haired king.
"Sir Caspian," Pier turned to look at him and Caspian was shaken awake when Pier spoke.
"Y-Your Majesty! I.... I..." He did not know what to say so instead, Caspian kneeled on the ground and lowered his head until it touched the cemented floor.
Clack... Clack...
The steps of the white-haired king resonated in his ear making the attendant shiver in fear and anticipation.
What would Pier do to him this time? Will he finally be killed? Will his wish come true?
"SIR CASPIAN!" Elena screamed in the background but the only thing Caspian could think of was the pair of foot walking towards him with slow and gentle strides.
"Gideon, bring her here," Pier instructed and the swordmaster who was now dragging the lady by her hair followed. Gideon pulled Elena's copper hair as she screamed profusely; trying to call for someone.
"Sir Caspian, it's nice to see you again," Pier greeted him with courtesy and Caspian did not dare to look up.
Even if he wanted to see the marvelous blue eyes that contained the skies within them, he kept his head down low.
Right in front of him was one of the gods he revered. Pier.
Pier Belmiunde. The almighty being who made everyone dance in his palm as if it was an entertainment show for him.
"HELP! SOMEONE! HELP ME!" Elena did not stop screaming and even though her vocal cords could snap at any moment with how much she yelled, she did not halt.
"I will be taking her for now, Sir Caspian." Pier's eyes were nonchalant.
"W-Will you... Will you take me too, your majesty?" Caspian inquired him with a trembling voice.
"No."
He felt a huge weight slam down on his body. Literally.
Pier's feet landed on the former attendant's head and he applied force into it making Caspian gasp at the sudden pressure.
The metal bars of the cell were separating them but Pier's feet were enough to pass through the gaps.
"I... I understand..." Caspian spoke as his face flushed red.
Being stepped on by Pier made him somehow excited.
"Look at you, getting excited after being stepped on." Pier chuckled when Caspian's visible hard-on through his thin set of clothes could be seen.
"My liege..." Gideon called out in disgust.
"Do you wish to get stepped on by me further, Sir Caspian?" Pier asked as he applied more force to his foot. His eyes turned crescent and gleamed in an amusing manner.
"Y-YES!" The attendant responded quickly.
But contrary to his wishes, Pier removed his foot atop his head making him groan.
"I want you to look at the lady, Sir Caspian."
And he did so. Caspian quickly followed orders and turned to look at the now silent Elena who was staring at him in disbelief.
"What I want you to do is tell the knights who come in here later about something," Pier instructed him and Caspian indulged each and every word as if it were the sacred gospel.
"Tell them..." Pier slowly turned his head towards Elena still with amused eyes.
"The Marquis rescued her and brought her back to the Cresencia Empire."
Caspian quickly nodded his head in understanding.
"I... I WILL TELL THEM THE WORDS, YOUR MAJESTY!" His gaze drifted towards Pier's feet. The porcelain skin on the man's feet enticing him.
"As for your reward in advance..." Pier was unable to contain the laughter coming out of his mouth.
Gideon and Elena both watched with varying looks as Pier slowly crouched down.
Elena was watching with fear and disbelief while Gideon was eyeing the attendant with hate.
"I will kill you when the time is right, Caspian," Pier whispered.
"H-Hngnhh..." The attendant produced a groaning sound.
'He... came from the words alone...' Gideon made a face of complete disgust when he saw that Caspian's pitching tent was now damp and wet.
Elena on the other hand could not utter a single word as he watched Caspian display full submission to the white-haired king.
But she soon found the right words.
"Y-YOU... YOU CRAZY BASTARD!" She was horrified with the power Pier held.
"Who? Me? Or Caspian?" Pier rose and stood in his elegant stance once more. Placing his hands behind him, Pier turned to look at her.
"If it's him, you're right. He's a crazy bastard." The young king shrugged his shoulders while looking at her intently.
"But if you meant me, then I am not crazy." The corner of his lips slowly rose up. Elena watched with quivering eyes as the white-haired king's face turned sinister.
"Because if I were, you wouldn't be seeing my face. You would've seen hell."
Gideon visibly shook in the authority Pier released in a single second. It was condescending. Even a swordmaster who had a dragon living inside of him felt fear the moment Pier spoke the words.
"If I were insane..."
Pier chuckled as black smoke appeared from his feet.
"The world would have ended already."
---
Pier walked the golden floor of the throne room.
His hands were intertwined behind him as he had a calm and collected expression.
"LET ME GO! LET ME GO I SAID!" Elena grunted when the man did not cease pulling her hair making her body drag on the carpeted floor.
"Shut up!" Gideon glared at her with eyes full of menace.
'I swear this bitch will be the reason why the world will end!' He hated Elena so much and with her screaming, he was afraid Pier would get ticked off and be mad too.
Making the white-haired king mad is the last thing a person or any creature would want to do.
Slowly, the white-haired king took steps up the stairs that led to the dark throne. He was even humming a melody whilst he did so.
When he reached the throne, Pier's slender fingers caressed the armrest. He did not sit down yet. He only watched as the black throne contrasted well with the darkness engulfing the palace's throne room.
"Do you know what your father did, Elena?" He spoke out of nowhere making Gideon and Elena halt.
"... MY... MY FATHER DID NOTHING!" She defended with all her remaining strength.
"Nothing?" Pier hummed again as his fingers traced the armrest upwards.
"YOU HAVE NO PROOF HE WAS THE ONE WHO MADE YOUR SERVANTS DIE!" Elena continued to screech.
"Proof..." Pier turned to look up at the unlit diamond chandeliers on the ceiling.
"YOU KNOW WHAT? IT'S BECAUSE OF YOU! IT'S BECAUSE OF YOU THEY ALL DIED! BECAUSE OF YOU AND YOUR PATHETIC SELF!" Elena cursed him multiple times wherein Gideon's eyes widened.
Throwing Elena's body, the knight immediately manifested his sword. Anger coursed through his body as the instinct to kill her became an unstoppable downpour.
The swordmaster dashed to attack her.
Slash!
"I said don't kill her, Gideon," Pier sighed as he turned to face them and sit on the dark throne.
The knight's arms trembled as they clashed with the sword of another entity. It was the dead swordmaster that was one of Ciaran's strongest soldiers and now, Pier's too.
Elena sat on the floor with horrified eyes as the clash between the knight and the swordmaster was so intense that a single hit of their swords alone created such a strong force that she had been blown a few feet away.
Gideon tried to get past the dark and dead creature but he couldn't. The dead swordmaster was stronger than him. Even though he was blinded by anger, he knew too that he still needed to grow to defeat the dead swordmaster the kings controlled.
Giving up, Gideon lowered his head and leaped back. His sword immediately disappeared into thin air.
"I have a few questions that you need to answer, Elena," Pier spoke with authority but instead, Elena glared at him.
"And don't even think about not answering me." The white-haired king tapped his finger on the armrest of the throne and in an instant, the entire room was engulfed in flames. White flames that burned anything it tried to touch.
"You don't want to learn how Caspian turned out that way, don't you?" He chuckled at the memory of Caspian having his release with his threats.
"Shall we start?" Pier turned to look at Gideon and the swordmaster knew what he needed to do.
He took steps back to leave Elena in the middle of the room, just right below the steps of the throne.
"As I remembered, Asher chose your idea over mine when we were discussing how to capture the anti-royalty faction months before, right?" A bored look was plastered on his face as he looked at Elena.
"Of course, your plan did not work. Knocking on the doors of every person asking them if a member of the faction was there did not work." He sighed as he remembered how disappointed he was back then.
"But now that I think about it, I guess you know this person." Pier let out a laugh which was in contrast with his bored face.
Slowly, black smoke appeared behind the throne's seat. Elena watched with afraid looks as the black smoke subsided and stood another person.
Of course, she knew him! He was personally beheaded by the duke of the Sentinio Duchy!
Right beside the young king stood a man who wore a crown. The expensive material glimmered under the moonlight that crept inside the room.
"I did not mean King Caldor." Pier chuckled again as King Caldor, no, Fluffy, silently manifested his magic.
It was quick. The dead fairy created what seemed like a portal from swirling black smoke and entered his hand there.
"You know this person, don't you?" Pier's bored eyes turned crescent once more when Fluffy slowly brought his hand back out.
Elena could not move as she was completely frozen in her spot.
As King Caldor's hand fully got out of the black swirling smoke, she also started to hyperventilate.
She knew the person. She knew him well.
"Aha, bingo!" Pier laughed cynically.
Right in the hands of the dead fairy was the decapitated head of the person Elena knew.
"You knew the leader of the anti-royalty faction!" Pier smiled in joy.
