A/N: The chapter depicts content of strong obsession.

"I have sent the response to the royals of the Taron Kingdom, your majesty," Chray spoke as he nervously shifted in his spot. The vampire fiddled on the sweaty fingers that were trembling occasionally.
"Very well then," the white-haired king spoke in response whilst a grin was plastered on his face.
The vampire attendant gulped once more as he tried to avoid his gaze because he was truly uncomfortable in the presence of the two kings.
Not because he disliked them.
Not because Chray despises them.
But because of what was in front of him.
"Is his majesty... alright, King Pier?" He inquired wherein Pier shrugged his shoulder.
"He's fine. Ciaran's just a little bit out of his mind as of the moment," Pier chuckled making Chray shiver in fear.
'A little bit out of his mind...' His thoughts were flowing like a river as he wanted to move and get out of the room but Pier was still writing something down on a piece of paper.
He cannot leave unless the white-haired king finishes his orders for the attendant. Chray was wishing it would soon be done as he was about to faint from fear.
"Are you scared?" Pier inquired him and the vampire hesitated to respond for a moment.
Was he scared?
He was. Despite being a vampire, he was truly scared right now. He cannot move a limb for he feels if he did so, his head would come flying off of his body.
"He can be quite scary, can he?" Pier added while trailing his fingers on the other man's hair.
"Pier..." His rugged breath could be heard and his voice was quivering from time to time. Nevertheless, his appearance was disheveled as if he had just gone through multiple wars and had slain every creature involved.
"Stay still for a moment, Fenrir. I'm writing something," Pier reprimanded and all the man could do was sigh and groan in defeat. He leaned his face on the former's back and Chray let out a freaked sound when the vampire king's golden eyes were directed at him.
'Calm down, King Pier is here with us...' He prayed to the white-haired king but it only did so little to alleviate his fear when the scrutinizing gaze of the vampire king lingered on him.
'Saint of Darkness, Liberator of Vampires, please save me from the deathly glare of the vampire king...' He closed his eyes and whispered his thoughts of prayers towards Pier again.
"Do not scare your attendant, Fenrir," Pier spoke again and this time, Ciaran avoided his gaze from Chray but instead, turned his attention to the pale and enticing neck his lover possessed.
"Did he have these episodes before when you were still living on the second mountain?" Chray flinched when Pier asked him.
"N-No, your majesty. I have never seen King Ciaran... be like this..." He gulped as relief flooded his entire system when he saw that Ciaran was busy delving his nose in the other king's neck.
"I see. Must be something associated with his other origin," Pier finished writing down on the paper and folded the material.
"Deliver that letter towards Belmaid's second prince," He commanded and Chray took a step forward.
But one single step caused Chray's entire body to freeze. The darkness that was covering the golden floor of the throne room moaned and deathly sounds could be heard from the void.
"Goodness," Pier rolled his eyes before turning his head to look at Ciaran.
"Y-your majesty- Ah!" Chray screamed when Pier flicked Ciaran's forehead.
"I said quit scaring your attendant!" Chray covered his mouth as he watched Pier scold the vampire king.
"I-I'm sorry... haah..." Ciaran apologized before calming his own void that was spread in the whole throne room.
"Here, take this." Pier reached the letter out and the vampire attendant quickly ran to get the letter from the king's hands. He hurriedly ran out of the throne room after and then left the two kings alone.
"Hmm, I want to eat boiled eggs," Pier scratched his cheek and Ciaran groaned in frustration.
"You said you wanted to control your desires, Fenrir. I'm not letting you have your way with me." Pier pushed Ciaran's head back and stood from his seat.
Ciaran wanted to complain at the loss of touch but his senses were all heightened and he was too occupied with his urges and desires that he could not speak properly.
Pier observed Ciaran's expression.
The man's eyes were emitting a golden glow and he was sweating profusely. He was grinding his teeth from time to time to suppress himself and acting out on Pier.
The vampire king was on one of the random moments where his eyes would glow golden and the urge to make love with his lover was at its peak. But this time, he decided he wanted to control that urge. He informed Pier about his wish and that's what the young king was doing.
Sighing, Pier turned his back and started to walk down the throne leaving Ciaran on the dark seat.
"Pier..." he weakly called out making the latter halt in his steps.
"C-Can I accompany you?" Ciaran shivered when his lover's piercing blue eyes gazed at him.
"No."
His chest tightened at the response but Ciaran knew better.
He wanted this. Even though Pier was always letting him have his way when these episodes come, he was afraid that the man would eventually get tired of him if it continued.
"Melfar," Pier called out, and soon, a voice spoke in his head.
"You called, guardian,"
"What's happening with him? I've seen it quite a few times in the past but it disappears when we share the bed together," Pier knew that asking the ancient phoenix was the best idea to know certain things he could not figure out.
"I see. A full moon will soon happen and it is natural for lycanthropes to increase their urges in mating."
"Just that?" Pier hummed as he was still observing the struggling Ciaran.
"I believe that is the only reason."
"Are there any cures besides mating for that?" He inquired further and the bird went silent for a short moment.
"None. Only through bodily pleasure will it dissipate but it will pass when the full moon passes as well. However, since he is only partly a lycanthrope, the effects will be halved too and he will make it just fine." All the information Pier was getting helped him know Fenrir more.
He never really had many thoughts about Ciaran's origin.
A vampire and a lycanthrope. He was always referring to Ciaran as the vampire king but never really the leader of a pack since Ciaran did not mention much of it.
"Something like a rut? Ooh," Pier whistled when Ciaran groaned again and his void stirred in restlessness.
"I do not know the terms you are speaking of, guardian but if it refers to the constant desire to mate with one's lover then I guess it is similar to that," Meflar spoke.
"Alright. Thank you, Melfar," Pier turned his back again to proceed to walk into the kitchen so he can boil some eggs.
"Pier..." Ciaran breathed again.
"The phoenix said you will be fine. I'mma go get my boiled eggs while you stay there. Be a good man and be obedient."
Pier stretched his arms right after as he would soon meet the royals from Taron. They were making the most out of everything until the day arrives that they will invade Cresencia after meeting the royals from Belmaid as well.
When Pier was finally out of the throne room, Ciaran leaned on his head and his short, rugged breaths continued to persist.
"Fuck, no," He closed his eyes and the swirling images of smoke appeared in the dark vision.
"Pier... Pier..." He chanted over and over again for a few minutes while trying to calm himself.
"Pier... you're so beautiful..." He opened his mouth and allowed a few breaths to come out. His heated body continued to fantasize over the young king.
Ever since he had shared a moment of passion with the white-haired king, Ciaran had acquired these events where he would have a hard time controlling himself.
As if a beast was taking over his sanity and telling him to continue making love with Pier. An ardent passion to fill his lover with his essence and mark him continuously.
It was a thirst to have Pier in his arms and not let go of the man.
"I want him, I want Pier," he admitted and groaned when his body started to act up once more.
How long had he sat on the throne after Pier left? Probably around ten minutes now. All he did was ponder over the thought of the young king.
Pier's soft and winter-colored hair that smelled like fragrant and calming flowers.
Pier's delicate and porcelain skin that blushes at the slightest touch or pressure.
His charming voice which makes everyone listen to whatever he says.
Pier's body...
"I want his beautiful body... My love..." He groaned when his excitement did not dwindle. Instead, it increased tenfold when he thought about Pier's lustful being.
But Ciaran wanted to change something even by a little bit.
Pier loves him and all of his wishes had come true now. He cannot keep on abusing his privilege in becoming Pier's lover to constantly sleep with the man whenever he feels like it.
Ciaran needed to let Pier breathe sometimes.
"Damn, look at your expression. Must be tough thinking about beautiful lil' me." The vampire king opened his eyes when he heard the oh-so-familiar voice that filled his thoughts.
Pier was chewing on a half-eaten boiled egg while observing Ciaran with an amused look.
"Having a hard time?" He innocently asked with his large doe eyes wherein Ciaran ground his teeth together to suppress another groan from surfacing.
"Want some boiled egg?" Pier offered with a chuckle but Ciaran cannot laugh. Even if he wanted to, his condition was getting worse as every second passed by with Pier standing in front of him looking all innocent and vulnerable.
Was there anything innocent and vulnerable with him in the first place? None.
He was someone who finds the despair of others as entertainment and he greatly indulges himself in the satisfaction of seeing his enemies crumble to the ground.
None of him was innocent and vulnerable.
Suddenly, a thought popped up in Ciaran's mind.
"Kneel"
He remembered one specific moment wherein Pier made him kneel and submit completely to the young king.
Ciaran's entire face reddened as the heat in his face became more prominent.
"Yo, what dirty thoughts are you having for you to blush like a tomato?" Pier stopped eating for a second as he too was astonished by the expressions Ciaran was making.
"Is it me struggling to form words while completely being dominated in bed?" He asked again but Ciaran shook his head.
No. As a matter of fact, it was the opposite.
"Or is it me looking at you with amusement while you're the one struggling to form your words?"
"..."
The sentence made the vampire king unable to respond as he cannot lie about what he was thinking.
"Wow." Pier was astonished by Ciaran's thoughts. He knew the man loves being taken control of when they were engaging in passion but he never thought Ciaran would think of it at this moment.
"Nah uh, stay there." Pier raised his arm to stop Ciaran from getting off the throne and approaching him.
Humming, he ate the remaining part of the boiled egg in his hand and chewed while looking at Ciaran.
'Why's he struggling so much to control himself? He can just ask me,' He bit his lower lip to prevent himself from laughing.
'It's not like I would refuse or anything. I'm a man who has desires too.'
He really did not mind if Ciaran would come to him whenever the man wanted to but seeing him struggle for control over his sanity was a sight he was amazed at.
Sensing that Ciaran was at the final restraints of his control, Pier snickered before he pushed his hair back and purposely let out a sound of pleasure as his hair was fixed.
"What... what are you doing, Pier?" Ciaran asked him with a trembling voice.
"Hmmm? Whaddya mean?" Pier asked in response but Ciaran squinted his eyes at him.
"That..."
"That?"
He huffed when Pier bit his lower lip again.
'Want...' He groaned before hiding his face from the white-haired king.
He wanted to have Pier badly but he must control himself. He felt like he had been too persuasive for the past month where he did not think twice about asking Pier if the man wanted to do the deed with him.
Ciaran's emotions were sensitive at this moment as well.
'What if he leaves me because I could not control myself? Because I always ask for it?' He feared the thought and unknowingly started to tear up.
'Pier must not leave me... I love him... I'll do anything so he won't leave me...'
"Fenrir"
'Pier must not leave me. I don't know what I'll do if it happens...'
"Calling the vampire king back to earth. Hello?"
'What if someone takes him away? Should I kill that person immediately?'
"Damn, he really is out of it. Must be hard fantasizing over me, a beautiful and handsome man!"
'No, I should not kill that person because Pier agreed to go with them. That means Pier trusts them... Then should I just watch?'
"Oh, beautiful me, thou hast made this being suffer from the abstinence of the sacred touch?!"
'No... I cannot just watch. I should kill them. Pier said he loves me too and no one else will have the same feelings from him!'
They both have different thoughts. Pier was whistling and humming the tune of a song while Ciaran was having his dilemma.
"Really now, Fenrir!" This time, the vampire king was brought back to the world when Pier touched his head.
"Y-Yes?" he asked.
The vampire's eyes were in a daze and his pupils looked seemingly dilated.
"You can just ask me." Ciaran gasped when Pier spoke the words he badly wanted to hear but it clashed with his emotions.
"I-I can't..."
"Why not?" He then saw Pier raise his eyebrow at him.
"What if... what if you leave me because I always want to do it with you?" He could not help himself but form his lips in a downturned expression.
'Shit, he looks like a sad puppy,' Pier turned his gaze away while also blushing at how cute Ciaran looked.
Yeah, cute.
One thinks his lover was innocent and vulnerable.
The other also thinks that his lover was cute.
None of those could really apply to them.
Clearing his throat, Pier thought about the appropriate words he should tell Ciaran. He did not want to see the man suffer for a long time because of his origin and being abstained from touching his lover.
Though it was amusing at first, seeing Ciaran struggle for control was not pleasant in the longer run.
'He only got half of the effects from the full moon but he is already struggling like this. Thank the heavens for not making him a full lycanthrope,' He then started to ruffle Ciaran's hair and the man groaned in pleasure.
"Pupp- I mean, Ciaran," Pier almost blurted out the word 'puppy'.
"I will not leave you, okay? Even if you destroy the world and kill every person alive, I won't really care. Except for Raegan and Gideon, that is," He chuckled and Ciaran leaned into his lover's body with a struggling breath.
"Melfar told me about the thing you are experiencing right now and he said it is because the full moon is about to come. Your desire to mate with your lover is stronger." He rubbed Ciaran's back in circles to soothe the possible pain the vampire felt.
"There are no cures aside from claiming me or letting the full moon pass. But I cannot afford to see you suffering like that because you do not want to pressure me." Ciaran's mind was hazy but he got Pier's point.
He himself never really knew anything about this either since his father, who was the source of his origin in being a lycanthrope, was not there to teach him about his being.
All he could do was wonder why he was going through this suffering.
"You can always ask for it. Okay? Especially when the full moon arrives, I will help you." Pier placed his fingers under Ciaran's chin and raised the vampire's head slightly to look at him.
"R-Really?" He asked with a rasped voice.
"Yes."
