Oh God, why is he abducting me like that?
I closed my eyes in fear as I felt every muscle of his body pressing against mine. It made me, even more, afraid that he would discover my secret if he pressed his body more to my small one. My small hands were stopping him from having complete contact with my upper body but I didn't know how long I would be able to stop him.
The way he had caged me screamed he won't let me go easily but I had to try to free myself from this grey eye monster before he ended my game as he did in my nightmare. I tried to push him but he was not budging from his place so getting tired I tried to scream again so I could get out of his hold but his big hand again muffled my voice of protest. My body shivered as I felt his warm breath fanning on my face. I tried to move more into the wall if it was even possible. My body reacted on its own and tried to move away feeling the warmness radiating from his nearness. My heart started to beat more wildly as I remembered something similar. That day he was drunk, our bodies were entangled close to each other like this. He tried to kiss me that day when he was drunk. This flashback memory did not do any good to me, instead, it worsened my situation.
Sage, what are you thinking now he tried to kiss you when he was drunk when he was completely out of his senses not knowing if he was trying to kiss a woman or men don't confuse yourself. But now he is completely in his senses he has caged you to strangle your neck because you have already disobeyed him so many times. Remember he doesn't like when things are not going in the way he wants and you are doing a perfect job of pissing him by doing it so think of something before he ends your game.
My mind put sense into me but that day the way he looked at me made me feel things that I couldn't take out of my mind even if I wanted to. It lingered in the back of my mind making me feel all unwanted things a female should feel at the nearness of a male. Sage focus if you want to get alive from here he is capable of burying you in big property of Villins and no one will know how martyr Sage King sacrificed her life. I put all the things aside for now and tried to focus on freeing myself from the grey eye monster. I didn't dare to open my eyes to look at him. He was capable of doing things to me with his grey pools. Instead of opening my eyes, I tried to push his gigantic body away from me using all my strength but I even failed in it as he was way more strong than me.
"Stop resisting me," he said in his commanding angry voice which made my hands stop for a bit. Don't listen to him Sage he can't command you. My inner voice said, making me again press my small hands to his chest to push him.
"I. said. stop. Resisting. Me.'' he said in his commanding threatening voice while breaking each syllabus. I gulped hard while completely stopping my movement. My small pushing hands go numb over his chest even though they stopped pushing. I kept them between us to stop our bodies from having complete contact.
"I'm taking my hand away from your mouth but if you try to scream again remember no one will be able to find you again" he threatens me in his dark voice increasing my fear even more. I knew he had caged me to kill. His words made me close my eyes in more force while I nodded my head in yes. He slowly uncovered my mouth as I remained silently pinned to the wall.
"Open your eyes and look at me," he said again in his commanding voice, passing a bad chill to my body. I moved my head in denial as I refused to do it. I didn't want me to look at him or into his commanding grey eyes. They are capable of making me do things that I know I will regret doing afterward.
"You know I don't like repeating myself so do it until I'm asking you nicely" he growled in anger while threatening me with his words. Those words made a big lump form in my throat as his words sank more into me. I knew I had no other choice but to face the monster himself. I slowly opened my eyes and fear was visible in them. A small smirk played at the corner of his lips as he saw me obeying him.
"Good," he said as the back of his fingers brushed over my cheeks making my skin tingle. My breaths deepened even more as he did that.
"Please let me go, sir," I said, taking my chance to be free from him before he decided to cover my mouth again with his big hand.
"Not so easily," he said in his dark voice mockingly, making my mouth go dry.
"I have work to do," I said trying to reason as I bit my lower lip in distress.
"I don't care," he said in his same voice as I saw his grey eyes moving from my eyes to my lips to trace the movement I did unknowingly. It made me stop biting my lower lip.
"Please" I pleaded as I saw his gaze becoming dark as they lingered on my lips. I don't know what was going on in his head. Why the hell he was looking at my lips with that undefined look in his eyes.
"Your only work I know is that you are mine. You belong only to me. I'm the only one who can make you work as I wish but it seems like you are forgetting it," he said in a calm voice but the way he said it had so much heftiness to it that it made my legs go weak and my body shivers with an unknown sensation. I swallowed hard as I heard his words.
What does he mean?
I thought as I sensed more hidden meaning to his words. I kept looking at him as he said those words. He didn't avert his gaze from mine. We kept staring back as my gaze held so many unanswered questions but he seemed to ignore them all, refusing to answer not even a single question. He again lifted his hand and moved the pad of his thumb to free my lower lip. I was biting again in tension and I was on the verge of ripping off the skin of my lower lip because of my continued assault. I didn't even realize when I started doing it again. He moved the pad of his thumb on my lower lip like trying to soothe the stinging sensation I was feeling. The tension in the air around us became even thicker as I felt him moving his face near me. My heart was ready to leap out of my chest as I noticed his moment. He was behaving like he was spellbound or something like that, making me go crazy in my head thinking what his actions will be the very next moment.
Oh, God.
He was still moving his face near me making me want to push him and run but my body had gone numb a long time ago. My breath heaved, even more, causing my chest to rise and fall with sweat fear.
"Sage" I heard Izzy calling my name and it broke whatever spell was cast here. Something flashed in his eyes and he moved his face away from mine but didn't let me go out of his grip.
"Sage" I again heard her calling my name and it was not coming far away from us. She must be near the room.
"Let me go sir Izzy is calling me," I said, wanting him to let me go from his grip. He clenched his jaw as he heard my words.
"Stay away from my sister" he warned me with that disgusted look in his eyes. It made my heartache again. Why was he again giving me that look? What I did to deserve that look in his eyes. Is this his new way to make me feel how incapable I'm in his eyes? I did not let it hurt but I was feeling it slowly getting reflected on my face.
"You are no one to decide that for me and not even for your sister. She is my friend. I decide what to do with them. Now if you are done then let me go" I said in my angry voice.
"Trust me she doesn't need a friend like you," he said in mockery, making me want to punch him in his jaw. I was tired of him looking down on me all the time. What's wrong with me? Why do I deserve this kind of treatment?
"I think your sister is capable enough to know what's right and wrong so stop deciding for her," I said with a clenched jaw trying to make him move away from my body but the more I tried to push him more he made it difficult for me to do it.
"I will because she is my sister. After seeing your behavior in the bar I have to stop the bad influence coming towards her," he said in an angry voice. What! I'm a bad influence. He judged me on the basis I was drunk and what about all the days I worked my ass off to show him my worth. His words made every effort I put in go null.
"I'm a bad influence. Then what's this" I asked him while showing the distance between us.
"If I'm the bad influence then what are you trying to do with me here by standing so close to me. What are you trying to prove by touching me the way no man touches another man? Will you explain what's going on here between us? Is whatever going in between us is appropriate in your eyes" I questioned him in my angry voice. today I want to make everything clear about what problem he has with me. What I do deserves this treatment from him. Listening to my questions something flashed in his eyes but it was masked with confusion and distress. It was my first time seeing the emotions clear in his always emotionless grey eyes. He immediately let me go while still looking at me with his angry eyes. I saw how Adam's apple bobbed as he swallowed hard, not knowing the answer to my questions while moving his hand in his neatly combed hair. I waited for a few more seconds but he still didn't answer my question. His silence made my heart ache even more. I very badly wanted to know what was the reason behind his actions.
Why was he claiming me as his if he didn't have a proper answer to it?
"I think you don't have an answer for your actions. Next time don't you dare to come close to me" I warned in my mad voice as I stood erect.
"I don't like men like you near me," I said in my angry voice, looking straight in his eyes making his jaw clench more saying that to him I walked out of there holding my head high. I won't let him humiliate me again just because I work for him. He thinks he can do whatever he wants to me then he is wrong. I walked out feeling the pain I had newly discovered from his silence. I felt like crying. I don't know why but I hold it. What was I expecting him to say? Why was his silence affecting me in this way?
"Sage where were you, I have been searching for you everywhere" I heard Izzy asking me a question not standing far away from me. Looking at her I forced myself to smile before she read my expressions.
"I was in the washroom" I lied and walked towards her to drag her back to the kitchen. She didn't question me much and we continued our work of helping. From time to time I felt him looking at me as I laughed with Izzy. Now I was standing with grandma, Mrs.Villin, and Izzy talking about how everything went smoothly and they were telling me guests liked the dessert I made.
"Hope I'm not that late.'' Our talk was interrupted by a captivating voice which made us look in their direction. I saw a woman standing in front of a grey eye monster. I couldn't see her complete face but she was tall and even looked beautiful from where I was standing. She was smiling while looking at the person and it was none other than a grey eye monster and what surprised me, even more, he smiled back at her. But my heart sank into my stomach as I felt squeezing pain in it as I heard the next words from Mrs. Vilain's mouth.
"Our further daughter-in-law is finally here"
