"mommy" your 7 year old daughter says to you on the couch
"yes honey"
"when does daddy come home from work"
"i believe in 6 hours"
"ugh i miss him"
"i know but don't worry he'll be home soon"
"can we visit him?"
"i'm sorry baby but he's recording a music video we can't interrupt that"
"but mommy he told me he wants me to watch"
"he said that yesterday when it wasn't his turn. today it's his part of the video"
"soooo i can still see him. please"
"i don't know honey we have to ask him"
"can't we just surprise him."
"i really don't want to get in trouble."
"you won't. how about i ask his manager he always says yes to me"
"fine" you hand your phone to your daughter and she calls
"hi mr."
"yes can me and mommy come surprise daddy i miss him"
"really! yay my mom said that you wouldn't have said yes but i knew you would! thank you" she hangs up and hands you the phone
"see mommy i KNEW he would let us. you never believe me"

you guys get ready to see him and now you're on your way to the location of the video
"are we there yet" your daughter asks 5 minutes into the drive
"y/d/n we haven't even left the neighborhood."
"well are we gonna be there soon"
"it's an hour drive take a nap and when you wake up we'll be there"
"ugh it's so far away"
"hey you're the one that wanted to surprise daddy"
"you wanted to see him too!"
"okay fair enough"

you finally get to the location and your daughter is fast asleep
"hey y/d/n we're here" you whisper trying to wake her up
"huh" she says half awake
"we're here to see daddy remember"
"ohhh can you carry me"

you pick her up and walk over to the group of people
you see Jonah's managers and they say hi to you and your daughter
"okay so we're going to tell Jonah that he's going to have another person in his part of the video. then y/d/n you will walk out and go behind him and he'll probably turn around and boom he's surprised. does that sound good?" his manager explains
"oooo he's going to be so surprised! that's a great idea" your daughter says with a smile
"i know right so let's get this started"
you start to walk over to Jonah and they tell him about the person in the video
before you can even get your daughter behind him he sees you guys and he's running over
"y/d/n! y/n! why are you here" he exclaims grabbing and hugging you guys
"hey daddy it was supposed to be a surprise" your daughter says
"i am surprised! wait are they the ones you were talking about" he asks the manager and he nods
"yup but you ruined it.. anyways we have a music video to film."
"wait can y/d/n be in it! it's not a sexual song or anything"
"hmm y/d/n would you like to be in a video with your dad"
