"0h baby i'm so sorry come here" you move closer to jonah and he holds you tightly
you begin to think about your dream and your past and you start to break down
you begin to shake and cry and you feel like you're going to pass out
but you know you won't, you never do during panic attacks and that's just what is happening
"hey stop calm down you're okay" jonah whispers to you
he moves you guys to sit up and he holds you even closer
"i feel sick"
"i know baby i know. just try to breathe you're having another panic attack"
"i hate this"
"i know you do. i hate them too let's just focus on stopping this"

you guys lay back down and he pulls you close to him
