Z- do you want to come to this pool party me and the boys are having. We're inviting a few people over
Y- sure but how many other people will be there
Z- about 50-60

Z- is everything alright
Y- yeah it's just I don't feel comfortable with my body around that many people
Z- what do you mean?
Y- I'm sure there's going to be beautiful skinny girls and there's going to be me
Z- you'll fit in...
Y- Zach no I won't I'm not beautiful or skinny
Z- you're perfect the way you are okay
Y- well I don't think that... I'm sorry I don't think I'm going to come

Y- I don't feel comfortable

Z- I haven't seen you in forever

Z- YES! by the way you're going to look beautiful
You sigh and get up to find something somewhat decent
You hate pool parties all the pretty girls with the beautiful bodies
But you love your boyfriend so you'll go
You find the least revealing bathing suit and put it on, on top you wear one of Zach's shirts and your shorts and start to pack a bag with towels, sunscreeen, and clothes for after
You sigh and take your phone, getting in your car and driving to the boys house
You get to the house and immediately want to go home as you hear the music pounding from outside
You're about to go back in your car to leave and tell Zach you got sick or something but you can't as he walks outside
"Aye Babe you came!"
He throws his arms around you in a hug and you hug back laughing
"Come on let's go out in the back"
You shyly nod and he takes your hand walking you out in the backyard
You walk out and immediately see all of these perfect girls with the perfect bodies
You look down at yourself and get insecure
You wrap your arms around yourself and Zach notices
"Hey whats wrong" he whispers
"Everyone's so perfect here"
"And so are you. Now come on take off your clothes"
You take a deep breath and take off your shirt and shorts
"See perfect"
You look around and then at yourself and realize you don't fit in
At this point you just want to cry but Zach pulls you over to the pool where some of Zach's school guy friends and their girlfriends sit
You sit down and immediately put your arms over yourself
You see the girls stare at you and start laughing
"Wow y/n you look... nice" one of them say sarcastically
"Yeah where'd you get that bathing suit"
"Um I don't know"
"Well when you find out tell me. I need to know where NOT to go"
Everyone laughs and you look down at the water
"That wasn't very funny" Zach says
"Of course you'd say that. I mean you're her boyfriend"
"Even if I wasn't that's still not a funny joke so don't say it again"
"Okay chill I was just joking. Right y/n"
"I don't think it was that funny. It was actually really mean" you say looking up at her
"Ugh you're so sensitive. Seriously this is why you're never invited when all the girlfriends hang out. You're just so insecure"
"Okay enough! Stop talking to her like that" Zach stands up and pulls you up with him
"Oh I'm so sca-"
"Be quiet oh my god. No one wants your opinion right now, now stop giving it"
"Hey don't talk to her like that" her boyfriend says standing up
"No your fucking girlfriend is calling Y/N insecure and sensitive and it's not okay!"
"And what are you going to do about it"
"Get out of my house" he points to the exit
"No way this is a public party"
"It isn't anymore now leave before I get the police involved"
"No need for police. Get out of our house and don't talk to Zach or y/n ever again!" Jonah says yelling
They look at him in fear and run away
"Stupid people" Zach mumbles and turns to me
"You know what she said isn't true. You aren't insecure or sensitive"
"No she's right I am. I mean it was a joke" you say looking down
He puts his finger under your chin and forces you too look up at him
"It wasn't a joke, she was bullying you. But what she said isn't true. First of all I love this bathing suit it looks perfect with your skin tone. And Second of all you may be insecure about your body or whatever but there's no need for you to be. You are absolutely perfect"
