You and Jack went out to eat for lunch today and while you were out Jack ended up seeing a girl he used to know
Normally you're fine when Jack sees someone he knows but this girl was different
She was literally on top of him. Hugging him constantly, touching his arm, and she even kissed his cheek
You expected him to tell her not to do that but nope he let her do it
"She was not all over me"
"Jack! She kissed you. In front of me that's so fucked up and you let her do it...TWICE"
"It was on the cheek!"
"It doesn't matter she still kissed you"
"You know what this is pointless. You are literally so jealous of every single girl that even smiles at me! You are just so insecure that I'm going to fucking cheat on you that every single pretty girl is a threat to you!"
"I'm like this because whenever you see a girl you just have to stare at her!"
"I ONLY STARE BECAUSE IM FINALLY SEEING SOMETHING PRETTY!" Jack yells and you feel your heart break
The one thing that you are most insecure about is how you look
Jack even knows this and you tell him all the time how ugly you feel and he always tells you that you're beautiful
"Is that how you feel. You feel like you need to look at other girls to see pretty people. You feel that you don't see enough pretty in me so you have to look at other girls. I know I'm not the prettiest I never have been and I know I never will be but I thought you felt different about me"
"Wait! I-i didn't mean that"
"No no you did Jack you did and that's okay I guess. Like I said I know I'm not the prettiest but you always made me feel pretty. I guess you just didn't want to make me cry and look even uglier"
"No no y/n you're beautiful you really are. I don't know why i said it. It honestly just spilt out. I-i promise"
"Whatever Jack."
"Don't leave me please"
"Jack you hurt me. And you said the worst thing you ever could"
"I didn't mean to I'm sorry"
"Sorry doesn't cut it. You know how insecure I am and the fact you just used it as a way to make me feel even worse about how you were today hurts a lot. So Jack you can go and be with one of those pretty girls and I'll try and find a boy who loves me for what I look like"
"But i love you for what you look like"
"If you truly felt that, what you said to me wouldn't have been said. Goodbye Jack go find a pretty girl"
You leave the house and let your tears fall
That was the day Jack Robert Avery broke your heart
