today my best friend in the whole universe (and crush) is coming over today
i'm super excited because one i haven't seen him in a bit and two with him i can act like a kid and not be judged
and honestly i need that right now
recently i've been really stressed out especially about my crush on him
i can't help but make it obvious that i like him but luckily for me he's clueless
no one knows about my crush on him except for journal which i use to confess everything
its better than a person, i know for a fact it won't get mad at me and tell anyone my secrets.
before he comes over i write another entry about him and why i'm nervous for him to come over

So today Zach is coming over. yes that's zach, Zach Herron my best friend and crush but you know all about that. please give me luck that i don't reveal my secret. he can't know just how much i like him. it would be super embarrassing especially since i know he doesn't like me back. oh no he's here now. well good luck to me.

I put my pen down and rush down the stairs to greet Zach
"Hey zach" i say opening my door for him
"hey bestie are you ready to be ANIHALATED"
"i think the real question is are YOU ready" i smirk pushing my finger against his chest
we laugh and run upstairs to my room to start our game
i really have to go to the bathroom so before i walk in i go

i leave the bathroom and walk into my room
as soon as i walk in my heart sinks
there is Zachary Dean Herron reading my journal which is DEFINITELY my most recent entry
"um what are you doing" i say startling him
"you wrote this? I mean i knew i was hot but i didn't know my best friend liked me"
"shut up"
"i mean you're pretty"
"stop Zach just go home"
"why would i go home"
"cause you know i like you and you're probably weirded out"
"na i know i'm a sex god."
"zachary be serious"
"sorry i'm not good with this. but anyways can i tell you a secret?"
"yeah"
"i actually really like you too"
"really?"
"mhm" he walks over and gently pushes me against my wall
he kisses me and i kiss back
somehow, someway we end up on my bed kissing
i pull away out of breath and he smiles
"would you like to be my girlfriend" he asks
"only if you beat me"
"what?"
"you heard me. if I win you have to be my boyfriend and if you win i have to be your girlfriend. deal"
