Edit: updated information and discussion

It's been eight days since the second death of Ancient Greece. During that time, Roman Empire, Facist Italy, Italy, Ancient Egypt, German Empire, Nazi, and Soviet had all recovered, but they weren't allowed to overexert themselves physically. The seven of them had a few new scars and everyone but Italy experienced horrible flashbacks, but other than that, they were all relatively fine.

Five days after the incident, Greece hosted a funeral at the Dumps, the only place they knew was completely safe from humans. All the countryhumans attended, offering their condolences to the grieving country. Luckily for Greece, Ancient Greece had died after he was pulled out of the house, so his dust remains weren't mixed with the ashes of the house. Everyone watched as Greece placed two gold drachmas in an Ancient Greecian-style urn with the ashes of the dead countryhuman and listened as she played a mournful song on the lyre, tears falling in a steady stream down her face as she performed.

It is currently the third day since the funeral. The countryhumans were gathered in the government building they were borrowing. It was the first time they've been there since before the incident. Greece was told she was allowed to skip the meeting because of Ancient Greece's death, but she came anyway, saying she needed something to refocus her attention. She was currently talking to the Egyptians and Roman Empire.

EU, UN, NATO, ASEAN, and AU stood at the front of the room, looking at the sea of countryhumans as they made their way to their seats, silencing themselves and turning their attention to the group. "Thank you all for attending," AU started, "especially Greece, Brazil, and India, who didn't need to be here today." The three countries nodded at him. Brazil and India both looked deathly ill while Greece just looked dead.

"So far, the police haven't managed to locate the person who planted the bombs in the house," ASEAN informed. "The only picture they have of the perpetrator doesn't give any clues as to who did it–"

"Sorry to interrupt, but I'm just going to ask since I know everyone is thinking the same thing," Brazil rasped. He took a sip of hot tea, courtesy of Britain, before continuing. "Are we going to ask the government to make changes to our security agreement?"

Everyone looked at the international groups. The international groups all looked at each other, engaging in a silent conversation before EU sighed in defeat. "It was the first thing we did when we received the news on the explosion. We talked to our representatives about changing our security agreement. They talked to the higher-ups and we got our answer this morning." EU took a deep breath, trying to keep his composure, but people could see the anger in his eyes. "They rejected our request. Instead, they proposed that they limit our actions–"

There was a loud crash. Everyone turned to where the noise came from and saw America on his feet, his chair and the table he sat at tipped over. Canada, Confederacy, Greenland, and Mexico, who were sitting at the same table with him, looked startled by the sudden action and stared at the country.

"Are you kidding me?" America asked. Everyone could hear how furious he was. That, along with the fact that he was being uncharacteristically "calm" about this frightened them more than if he started outright yelling.

"Sadly, yes, it's true," NATO responded.

"Are you serious?" America's voice had gotten louder. "You mean to tell me that the government isn't going to help protect us, their citizens, when we ask?" His voice continued to get louder with every word he said. America's hands were clenched tightly in fists. "I am so sick and tired of hearing that the government won't help the people who need it! Now that someone's dead, it makes sense that they should change our agreement, right? Apparently, that's not what they think, and that's bullshit!
