Chapter 58

"What the fuck?" I asked walking into our room seeing it completely destroyed. I picked up one of our many wedding photos and almost cried seeing it behind broken glass
"You are back. What did you forget?" Luca asked as I turned to him and saw blood shot eyes
"I came to talk to you." I said now looking at the picture again
"You have the papers ready?" He asked moving past me to the bathroom
"I dont ever plan on divorcing you Luca. I was expecting you to have the papers ready." I said following him
"Then why did you leave?" He asked turning to face me
"To give you space from yesterday. You all wanted me dead for what I did. Who knows what would have happened if I slept next to you last night." I sighed as I saw anger flicker in his eyes
"Carrie you know I would never hurt you. I made that promise to you after that one night." He said slowly approaching me
"Luca you are the most deadliest person in the world. I know how you murder and torture people. I betrayed you." I said now not even looking up at him
"Look at me bello." He said as I did slowly
"We both took the vow for better or worse. I will always honor that. Dont be scared of me. Move back in please. I hate sleeping alone." He said making me confused
"What happened to JJ?" I asked now concerned about her
"Nothing. She is back in DC and everyone is back in your hometown. She wont say anything. She came here last night pleading for your safety. She is going to be on our payroll now." He said as I took a step back
"What do you mean?" I asked even more confused
"Lets just say both boys will go to college and get what ever degrees they want and your sister will move out of that small town house." He said with a small smile
"You paid off a federal agent?" I asked as he nodded
"She wouldnt take the money and disappear. So she throws us little tips here and there. Im a real Uncle to the boys. You are a real Aunt to the boys and we dont have to worry about the federal government anymore." He smiled stepping closer to me
"Luca." I said in disbelief
"Carrie. Just kiss me and say thank you." He laughed before I threw myself at him
"Lets not do it here. There is probably glass on the bed." I laughed as he nodded and went to a guest room

"So I see you two made up." Kat said as we walked hand in hand into the living room
"Ya we all heard it. Oh Luca please." Paul said mimicking me as I pulled a gun out a pointed it at him as Kelly slapped the back of his head
"You know I am still your boss." I smiled and winked at him before giving the gun to Luca to hide from Dante better
"So whens baby number two coming? Cause I am pretty sure Carrie's birth control failed." Momma asked laughing
"Not for a while." Luca laughed trying to hide being upset
"Soon." I whispered in his ear
"Ok where is Dante?" I asked not seeing him
"Napping." Kat said sounding like it was a mission
"He did not want to nap today." Marco laughed as I shook my head and went back upstairs to him room
"Let him sleep." Luca said following me
"I missed him last night." I pouted as he nodded and opened his door for me. We were greeted bu a wide awake Dante on the other side of his crib
"I got it." Luca said grabbing the iPad in his room to watch him make his great escape
"He is going to be so much trouble when he grows up." I laughed walking around with him as he snuggled into me
"He is going to be a great leader." Lica said getting a dirty look from me

4 Months Later
"You sure this is it?" I asked Paul as we were parked
"Yes. Just go up to the door." He said groaning as I rolled my eyes and got out of the car
"Just a minute." I heard her yell after I rang the door bell
"Carrie?" JJ asked surprised to see me
"Hi." I said looking at her
"What are you doing here?" She asked
"I have information for you." I said as she nodded and let me in
"Why didnt Luca call me?" She asked
"I wanted to do it." I said looking around her new house
"Ok. Lets go to Henry's room." She said
"Its not that kind of information." I said nervously
"Then what is it?" She asked confused
"I had a miscarriage." I said breaking down crying as she pulled me into a hug
"Its going to be ok." She said soothingly
"I didnt tell Luca yet. The doctor said it was because of my birth control. I didnt know I was pregnant until it was too late." I cried as she sat us on the couch
"Does he know you are here?" She asked
"Yes. Paul flew out with me. I told him I wanted to visit you." I said getting myself together
"Ok. Well you can for a few days. Then you need to go home and tell him." She said
"Did you ever tell Will?" I asked
"Yes. About a month ago." She said as we just sat on the couch enjoying our time together
