"You set mom up against me?" I yelled
"I didnt set anyone up against you." She said calmly back
"JJ you are making an enemy you dont want to have." I said in a threatening manner
"Is that a threat?" She asked
"You can take it how ever you want to take it." I said as she rolled her eyes
"You know I have to arrest you?" She asked
"Ya. I know. Can I just finish celebrating Dante's birthday weekend?" I asked
"Depends. How much more are you going to tell me?" She asked pulling out handcuffs
"Slap them on now then. I wont say anything else without a lawyer present." I said holding my hands out as she nodded
"Turn around. Carrie DeRosa you are under arrest for illegal transport of guns." She said before reading me the rest of my rights as she handcuffed me pushing me towards my house

"Luca call Owen." I said in Italian as tears fell down my face
"What the hell?" Luca asked stopping her from walking further with Dante in his arms
"Mr. DeRosa step out of the way. She is under arrest." She said harshly
"Luca please listen." I said nodding towards Dante
"I love you." I said reaching up to kiss his cheek
"I love you too Dante. Mommy will always love you." I said kissing his forehead before being pushed out the front door
"Carrie keep your mouth shut until Owen gets there." Angelo said in Italian as I nodded before she made me duck my head and put me in a government SUV with the lights on
"Are you happy now?" I asked once we left
"Am I happy I just arrested my little sister?" She asked sarcastically driving and looking at me in the rear view mirror
"I was always voted most likely to go to jail. At least we can afford a private prison." I laughed as tears still fell down my face
"Carrie I need you to tell me everything. I can make the sentencing less." She said as I laughed
"Im not going to go against my family. I dont even think of you as family anymore. I will take the fall for all of this." I said rolling my eyes
"How long have you been with him?" She asked
"Almost 5 years. Married for 4 of them. He is the love of my life. I will do anything for him. Even taking them blame for his family." I sighed watching us pull into the city
"Oh great." She said as we pulled up to the FBI building in the city
"What? Didnt expect the media to get a hold of one of New Yorks elite getting arrested so soon?" I asked laughing
"How do they know?" She asked
"We have someone always camped out near our house. They probably have a picture of us walking towards the SUV." I laughed
"You are not to say anything." She said parking out front as the car got surrounded ad I smirked
"Mrs. DeRosa is it true your family is a part of the mafia?" I heard one reporter ask
"Of course not. What is this the prohibition era?" I said back
"Why is your sister arresting you?" Another asked
"Cause she believes what SSA David Rossi has said about my family. I dont consider her my sister anymore just a fed who rips families apart." I laughed before being shoved into the building
"What the hell did I say?" She said causing a scene
"Im just being a New York elite. I have to answer some questions." I said back calmly
"You have the right to remand silent just remember that." She said
"Yes I know I do." I said as she grabbed me and shoved me forward
"So wheres your team?" I asked as we stepped on the elevator
"Waiting for us." She said not turning around to look at me
"You could have let me get ready more. I mean just my hair and make up is done." I said with a smirk
"Can you just stop talking?" She asked through her teeth
"Oh Jennifer did I hit a nerve. You were all talk at my house now I wanna talk and you dont want to talk now?" I laughed as she pulled me out of the elevator
"Oh heres your team. How is it going guys?" I asked smugly as I passed them
"JJ do you want me to take over?" Emily asked as she nodded
"What Agent Jareau cant finish what you started?" I asked turning around to look at her before I felt her hand across my face
"Looks like Im going to be able to push for an assault now. Thanks Jennifer." I said with a wink as Emily pulled me away from the team and into an interview room

"Come on Im getting bored. I want my lawyer or at least some pizza. Its been hours since you have put me in this box." I said pacing in front of the mirror
"Sit." Emily said coming in
"No lawyer or food. Sounds like Im not getting my Miranda rights and being held in a cruel and unusual way." I smirked still standing up
"We raided your clubs Moxy and Lux." She said putting a folder down in front of me
"Oh really and what did you find?" I asked knowing the answer
"Nothing." She said as I smirked
"So why am I here again?" I asked
"For illegal transport of weapons." She said as I shrugged
"You checked my husbands hotels too, right?" I asked and she nodded
"And let me guess nothing was found there. Just like nothing was found at my two houses, Luca's parents houses and Luca's sisters house. And I bet you called the Italian government and they found nothing in any house or hotel there too." I said as she nodded
"And where exactly did you get this information? David Rossi?" I asked as JJ stormed into the room
"Hello big sis. Had enough of this like I have?" I asked as she slapped open a folder in front of me
"Austin is dead." She said pointing to his picture
"Well that doesnt surprise me. His uncle and him both wanted me dead. He even kidnapped me while I was pregnant." I said knowing Luca and his men covered their tracks well enough for the family to not take the blame
"Do you know these two?" She asked now showing me pictures of Sam and Nick
"They worked for me but I fired them once I realized they sucked at their jobs." I said knowing exactly what has happened to them
"They were found dead too. Days after you had dinner with the cartel leader Rodrigo." Emily said
"How does that concern me?" I asked
"They worked for you and Rodrigo killed them for selling drugs." JJ said bitterly
"Um ok. I am confused here." I said playing dumb
"What is there to be confused about?" Emily asked calmly as I could tell JJ was getting pissed
"How this is all connected? Austin my ex who had many others who wanted him dead and two guys who I fired. What does that have to do with what you are accusing me and my family of doing?" I asked as JJ shot over to me and pushed me up against the wall with her arm on my throat
"Tell the truth about everything." She said
"JJ let her go." Emily warned
"Listen to your boss. Im just taking the blame like I did when Roz killed herself." I said with a grin before I blacked out from JJ cutting off my air supply
