"Luca calm down. I am fine. Where is Dante?" I asked confused not seeing him
"He is with my mom." He said taking a deep breath
"Hows Kat?" I asked as he looked confused
"Your car just blew up and you care about Kat?" He asked smirking
"She wasnt waking up." I said sitting up and getting dizzy
"Whoa lay back down babe." He said helping me lat back down
"She is fine. Just knocked unconscious but will be awake later today. You on the other hand need to get a CAT scan." He said holding my hand
"Why?" I asked confused
"Cause you hit your head and I know that the buzzing in your ears are still buzzing." He smirked
"Its just a concussion. I will be fine. Who was behind it?" I asked know it had to be someone
"Dad thinks its the Russians for some reason for retaliation for killing whats his face." He shrugged like its no big deal
"Let me guess we are going to the safe house in Italy?" I questioned hoping I would get to spend time at the beach
"Not yet. You get to go home and stay with your mom for a while." He said smirking
"What about you?" I asked
"I will be there too. We bought a house in your neighborhood. The designers are working on it right now and Marco is on his way to do a sweep and to set up the security system. We have like this guest house thing for the guys to live in so we will have protection." He said as I just looked at him like he grew another head
"Wait a second the only people who owned a house in my hometown with two house was the Robinsons. Did you buy them out?" I asked confused
"Well no. I guess there was land that was available and I kindof bought it last year and had houses built there for us to be a safe house outside of New York." He said as I was still confused
"So we have had a house there for a year?" I asked as he nodded
"Yes and I just left it empty so I knew I could get it designed for how you like it." He said holding onto my hand
"Ok." I said shrugging
"No fight?" He asked laughing
"No fight. But we have to live like them there you know." I said as he now looked confused
"That means we cant drive our luxury cars." I said as he looked at me like I was the crazy one
"No on there can afford to own a G-Wagon, Bentley, Tesla, and Range Rover." I laughed
"But we can." He smiled
"We can but it will make us stand out." I laughed
"I need to get back to work at the club though this week." I said remembering that from dinner
"You are. You have an office and we leave in a week so you can get everything transferred to a new computer and get Josh ready to be running the joint for a while. That means you need to promote a new general manager to replace Josh." He said as I smiled knowing Josh has wanted to move to a new position for a while
"My mom will be happy about having Dante close and I get to hide in the house from everyone." I said sarcastically
"Well you could just be the hot mom that has expensive taste." He laughed
"Can you get a personal trainer for me while we are there? And I want Dantes pediatrician there, I dont care if we have to fly them in every week or have her go to Pittsburgh but I dont want one from Allegheny. I dont trust them." I said as he nodded
"Fine. I can do that. You know we wont have a cook or maid so its on us." He laughed
"House cleaner once a week to do the deep cleaning?" I asked as he sighed and nodded

"Welcome home." Luca said opening the front door to the new house
"It looks nice babe." I said bouncing Dante to keep him asleep
"Its the biggest house in the town." I laughed walking around and looking
"I didnt mean for it to be but it has a gym and movie theater." He shrugged like it was no big deal when the doorbell rang
"And so it begins." I sighed as he went to get the door as my mom stood on the other side
"Wheres my Dante?" She said almost singing
"He is asleep." I laughed giving him to her
"You two can go now." She said confusing me
"You need food for this place." She laughed as I looked at her confused and checked the empty cupboards and groaned
"But..." I said before getting cut off by Luca
"Walmart or that little grocery store?" He asked smirking
"Target?" I asked knowing the closest one was a half hour away
"The little grocery store it is." He smiled at my misery
"Ma'am where is the organic section?" I asked an employee
"Carrie Jareau?" She asked confused seeing me
"Do I know you?" I asked confused
"Its Rachel from high school. We were friends before you became the mean girl." She said making Luca laugh as I shot him the shut up look
"Ya sorry about that." I said as she shrugged
"The past is the past. What brings you back here?" She asked
"Just wanted something a little quieter compared to the city for a while. We bought land here so we had a place to stay when we visited my mom." I lied smoothly
"So whats it like being rich? You two are the talk of the town, like royalty." She asked as I gave her a sideways glance
"Its the same. Just not having to worry about things." I shrugged
"Ya me and your brother are now finally making ends meet." She said as I looked at her confused
"Me and Ben are together. We have a daughter." She said
"You and my brother?" I asked almost mad
"You were never around so we never wanted to tell you." She said cautiously
"Fucking asshole." I muttered before continuing "Your daughter is cute." I said with a sarcastic smile before abandoning the cart hell bent on finding my brother
