Nang nasa building nako ng office niya, patakbo din akong pumanhik. Puno mga elevators kaya naman hagdan na lang pagpipilian ko.
Pagkabukas ko ng pinto niya, nkatalikod siya sa akin. Busy siguro sa work.
Nang paglingon niya, halatang nagulat siya. Namutla at natulala sa akin. Tapos...bigla na lang may tumulong luha sa mata niya.

"Bolero ka, tigilan mo nga yan. Tinakot mo ko! Akala ko kung sino nang herodes ang nagtext ng ganun saken," sabi niya habang sinusuntok ako sa dibdib.
Hindi malakas na suntok. Ang sarap nga sa pakiramdam e. Tapos bigla uli siyang napaiyak.

Promise me?" she said pouting.
Ang cute niya mag-pout. Parang bata lang.
"Promise my pretty babe, I won't do it again. Save my number."
"So, why are you here? To exact your entertainment thing from me?" she asked.
"Well, awhile ago that's my plan but I've got change of plans. I'll be the one to entertain you," I winked.
"What sort of entertainment then?"
"Something you will enjoy in the dark," I said mischievously.
"Yoshinori, stop such things. You perv," she accused. And she blushed.
"I'm not the perv here. You're the one who had thought of such. We're going on a walk, a place I just discovered."
I tugged her hand and held it as we left her office.
While we're in the car, she kept on sighing and her eyes are gloomy.
Hindi pa rin niya sinsabi kung bakit siya biglang umiyak. I won't force her to say it now.
