Valentine's day is not only for romantic love! It can be platonic or familial too, so don't forget your friends and family!! Get a bunch of other single pringle friendzies and have a party!!

Germany put down the card, blushing red after he had read the printed message on the card with the scribbly, hasty written handwriting filling over the lines. The card was solid red on the outside, with little hearts decorating the pale pink insides where the words were. 

Next to him was an average, brown delivery box that he had found on his desk this morning when he came in to work. Netherlands had told him that he had saw the postman arrive with it and offered to take it up for him. It was tied with a red satin ribbon, and Netherlands had waved at him cheerily and winked after he had delivered his message. 

The EU department was very quiet today, many of the other countries were home for the holidays or with their partners. Germany was very upset when EU had called him last week to come especially today, his voice leaving no room for discussion. Some Very important meeting was worth more than just a day off with his boyfriend. Even if it was such a special day to celebrate. 

But he did promise the rest of the week off(Today was a Friday) and the following monday. And knowing the stubborn, very strict organization, this was already a lot. So he went, barely pulling Russia's clingy arms off his waist as he tried to tug on his work pants at the same time. Thankfully the larger country was very sleepy, or he would have very gotten him off. Germany had dumped him on the couch after he had ambled downstairs half asleep to drag him back to bed(He failed).

The parcel box was open, and on top was the card. No, to be more exact there was a little heart shaped note that wrote TO: GERMANY and FROM: ANONYMOUS in black bold letters. Then after than was the card.

Germany poked his hand in again, he still had another 15 minutes before he had to attend the Very important meeting, so his curiously got the better of him.  out it came with a box of fancy Hershey's chocolates. Classic, but very endearing. All shaped into heart, of course.
