in the front of the creepy room, there was a space where the projector was. once a video was playing, all of their attention went to the screen. a countdown was shown, just like the one in produce x 101, where it first started as x, 9, 8, and so forth.
those 10 seconds felt like 10 hours to the boys. they had no idea what's gonna happen or what's the result. it's just unpredictable to them. they just hope that no one picked them, since of course, no one wants to die.
once the countdown hit one, suspense started filling the room. in just two seconds, they showed all the votes that were made, but were anonymous.

cho seungyoun has been voted out.
all of them were in shock, but also at the same time not every surprised that seungyoun was ranked first. however, everyone was very curious on what's going to happen. everyone was looking at him and he just gave out a disappointed face.
"I guess i'm leaving now. you all are so blind to everything, but it's fine." seungyoun told everyone in the room.
"seungyoun hyung..." dohyun got emotional and he walked up to seungyoun and gave him a hug. all of them then went in to join the hug. hyungjun started sobbing which caused a chain, and even hangyul himself had a few tears. then, seungyoun started feeling light and dizzy. very slowly, you could start to see him fading away. seungyoun faded away as if thanos snapped out half of the world. they all squeezed him harder, and more tears were a result. he then disappeared, for good. more tears started flowing and hyungjun went on the floor. they've experienced two deaths in one day and that just made them realize something.
