Preference 118. You're Upset Because You Haven't Spent Time Together.

Luke: You've been so busy studying for finals that you just realized how long it had been since you really spent time with Luke. The only problem was that since you had realized it you longed to spend time with him but he was also really busy working out the details of their new tour and finishing up a few bonus tracks for their new album. With the stress from finals and the two papers you still had to do you could use a little Luke time. When he came home later that day you decided to put aside your books and try to spend some time with him. He had gone straight up to your bedroom and you followed him. He was curled up on his side of the bed his eyes closed. You thought he was a sleep and felt slightly disappointed that you were missing him again. You climbed in bed next to him and tried to cuddle close to him, "(Y/N), what are you doing?" he asked sounding slightly annoyed. You felt your eyes water slightly at his tone since you were just trying to spend time with him, "I've really been missing you is that so bad?" you asked your voice shaking even though you didn't know you were that upset. His eyes shot open at the sound and he realized maybe he had been too harsh. "(Y/N) please don't cry, I'm sorry I've just got a bad headache right now, I didn't mean to snap at you," he said rubbing your cheek with his thumb. "No, no don't apologize, I don't even know why I'm crying, it's just I realized how little time we've spent together and it started to bother me," you said assuring him you were alright. He gave you a small smile and leaned in to give you a kiss. You lips molded with his and you felt like you hadn't kissed him in forever. You slowly moved closer and the kiss became more. Clothes were quick to fly off and the time spent apart took all night to work out. In several different ways.

Calum: He's been distant lately and you weren't sure why that was really. It only now started to bother you because when you tried to do something about it he seemed to push you away. He had gone to the studio early that morning and didn't call you like he normally did. You waited up for him because you were sick of not seeing him and sick of not talking to him. He didn't tell you that he was going to be late so around eleven you tried to call him. The phone rang once and then went straight to voicemail. You scoffed to yourself did he really send you to voicemail. You started to fear the worst thinking he might be cheating on you or something. You felt like you were going to cry and when you heard the front door open you got up to see if it was him. He walked right past you without a word and you shook your head did you do something wrong. You felt a tear fall as you whispered hoping he could hear you, "What did I do?" you asked. He stopped on the steps and turned around, "What?" he asked sounding slightly agitated. "Did I do something because you haven't talked to me in weeks and you haven't even looked at me, are you seeing someone else?" you asked your voice rising slightly in anger. "Why would you even ask me that?" he questioned getting angry. "Well you don't look at me, you don't talk to me, you're never home, and I'm pretty sure you sent me to voicemail earlier," you yelled no longer feeling sad. "I'm never home because I'm always working, I haven't talked to you because you're almost always asleep when I wake up or get home, and the same goes for you thinking I don't look at you, I sent you to voicemail because I was driving, I would never cheat on you," he said his voice starting off as a yell but slowly going soft as he got closer to you. You felt the tears falling down your cheeks again suddenly feeling like an idiot. He reached you and whipped your face, "I'm sorry I upset you, I didn't mean to really," he whispered leaning in to peck your lips. "I'm sorry I over reacted I've just really been missing you," you whispered back your forehead on his. "Well, let me make it up to you, love," he said giving you a small smirk before he picked you up letting you wrap your legs around him. He carried you up the stairs kissing you and whispering how sorry he was the whole way.

Michael: It has been two months since you had your baby girl, Michael was a great dad but you couldn't help but miss him because you hadn't had any real alone time with him in what felt like forever. Your hormones were still slightly off and you were cranky from not getting enough sleep. Michael had just put your daughter down for her nap when you were trying to make lunch. You felt your eyes water and you couldn't help but feel pathetic for crying about it. You were a mom now you should be happy to have a family not crying because your husband spends more time with your daughter. The truth was you were really happy about your little family and watching Michael care for her was the best sight in the whole world but when it came to just the two of you, you felt like a fat bloated mess, and who could be with someone like that, "Babe, what's wrong?" he asked when he walked into the kitchen finding you crying while making sandwiches. You shook your head and didn't speak you couldn't tell him how you felt because you were scared he would only confirm your fears. He walked over to you and turned you around to make you look at him, "Please tell me," he mumbled going to kiss you only to have you move out of the way. "It's nothing really," you said trying to smile. He shook his head, "I know something is wrong please just tell me," he begged giving you puppy dog eyes. "I just feel really lonely, because we haven't had any time alone, and I feel fat and bloated and ugly," you said shaking your head trying not to cry. "Babe, you could never be ugly and you're not fat either, your beautiful, and sure you may have gained some weight but you just had a baby, our baby, a few months ago, and I don't know much about pregnancy but I know that's natural," he said making sure you kept your eyes on him so he knew you were listening. "I love you I always have and I always will," he said before kissing you deeply. You felt another tear roll down your cheek as he kissed you. He pulled back and gave you a smile, "Now, what do you say we skip lunch and have a little fun before the little one wakes up?" he asked giving you a cheeky smile. You nodded your head kissing him again.

Ashton: Ashton had been back form tour for a few weeks now and you haven't really seen much of him since the day he got back. He was either at the studio or hanging out at one of the boys places. It was starting to bother you because he had just got off of tour with them and he can't spend time with you. You stood in the kitchen cleaning the dishes from breakfast trying not to break things because you knew that Ashton was upstairs getting ready to go to Luke's, or one of the other boys. You heard him coming down the stairs humming happily to himself. He came around the corner into the kitchen, "I'll be back later," he said leaning in to kiss your cheek. You moved away causing his lips to miss. You put away a plate and didn't say a word, silently hoping he would catch on that something was bothering you. He did, "Babe what's wrong?" You just shrugged, just because you wanted him to ask didn't mean you had to tell him. He walked over to you and tried to take your hand. You pulled away and resumed cleaning the dishes. "I know something's bothering you will you just tell me?" he pleaded trying to turn you to look at him. "Why don't you go ask the guys what's wrong," you said coldly. He looked at you confused, "Is that what this is about because I hang out with my friends, like a normal guy?" he asked sounding slightly annoyed. You rolled your eyes, "A normal guy wouldn't ignore his girlfriend for said friends, Ashton do you know how much time we've actually spent together since you got back?" you asked turning to him. He didn't answer and you shook your head, "Exactly." "Look babe I'm sorry," he tried to say. "Ash, don't I don't want to hear some lame apology right now. Before you left for tour you and I spent time together, we couldn't go two days without talking to each other, let alone one without sleeping together, and we haven't really done either since the first night you got back. I don't know maybe we are just growing apart, maybe I should move out," you didn't really mean any of it. You didn't want to lose Ashton, but you needed him to realize that he could lose you if things stayed the way they were. His face fell and you thought he might cry, "No, no don't do that, I'll stay, you're right we haven't spent time together, and I have no excuse for that, but give me today to prove to you that we aren't growing apart, please," he said giving you a pleading puppy dog face. You nodded slowly and he gave you a smile. He stepped forward and captured your lips with his. He ran his hands down your back and slowly picked you up. He carried you to the living room deciding the bedroom was too far away.
