Demi's P.O.V

We all piled in the car, Mum and Dallas in the front and Me, Maddie and Marissa in the back with Maddie in the middle "to keep yours and Marissa's hands of each other" to quote my mum

Maddie was being really quiet and looking down, playing with her fingers "you okay baby girl?" I asked her, putting my arms round her shoulder and pulling her on for a side hug

She looked up briefly and nodded quickly before looking back down "nervous?"

"Yeah a little bit" she admitted, her voice quiet like it would crack any minute

"Don't worry about it, I'm here okay, we've got this"

She nodded and leaned her head against my shoulder; what she does when she's scared

We pulled up at Sandra's private clinic 10 minutes later and we all got out the car and walked up to the main entrance

"Y'all just go in, I'll be there in a minute" I told them, giving them a small reassuring smile

The door closed and I let out a breath, leaning back against the wall, my eyes closed trying to focus on getting my breathing steady before I had a full on panic attack

"You okay Dems?" Marissas voice came from beside me

I opened my eyes and smiled at her "Yup, just needed a moment" I told her, grabbing her hand and walking in with her

We got in and Sandra was standing in the waiting area waiting for us "Ah good to you girls, come on in everyone's waiting" she smiled at us, leading us into the room

I sat down on one sofa next to Maddie and Marissa sat down on the other one next to my mum and Dallas was on the other side of her

"Okay so to start off i am going to give you all a piece of paper and you are going to write down on the paper what you feel the main problems are, so nobody else opinions or thoughts will influence you"

She passed out bits of lined paper, books to lean on and pens then left us to start

I don't know where to start though that's the problem

Is it mine and Dallas' now strained relationship

Is it the fact that I'm still really confused about my sexuality

Or that if I'm overly protector of Maddie and I can't handle anyone being closer to her than me

Or that the pressure on everything being in public has pushed me close to relapsing?

Maybe I'm the problem..
