"How dare you rat us out" I yelled as I vibrated in anger and also fought an inner battle to restrain myself from pulling the trigger...
"How dare you!!!" I yelled a little louder and he started fidgeting..

His lips were trembling..

He's finding it difficult to make a sentence and it only disgust and provoke me more..

"Speak up!!" I cracked the gun..
"I only did it because I hated Emilia.." he breathed out..
I knew he disliked her and he feels intimidated by her but this was uncalled for..
"You wanted the cops to arrest her and then we'll loose our hard earn money all because you were fucking put in your place by a lady.. You also wanted to sacrifice my happiness and source of money.. You fucking backstab me you wanker!!" I vibrated in anger..
"Am sorry!!" he breathed out in fear as he looked at the place where I pointed the gun at..
Betrayers never go unpunished..
"He who lives by the sword dies by the sword brother" I sighed..
He's still my brother..
But rules are rules..
I stepped back slowly..
My eyes locked on my brother's pleading eyes and with a heavy heart I pulled the trigger...
I stood like a statue as I watched where the bullet will hit him...

EMILIA'S POV
I smiled within myself as I watched Carl's lifeless body fall down and he slowly closed his pleading eyes..
Thick...
One gone..

No one bitch me around..

"Tidy this mess" Walter said and walked away..
This man is truly heartless. He acted calmly after killing his own blood brother..
I have to be very careful..
He won't hesitate to kill me if he found out about my plan..
I have to expose him sooner than I planned..

"Am sorry about that!" I said to Felipe and he smiled..
"It's worth it.. We'll all end up like that someday. That's what we signed up for in this business" Felipe replied with a teary eye..

He loved his brother despite they were not bloody related..
They are only related through Walter..
Felipe is just a stepbrother to Carl but Felipe cared alot about him..
"You don't need to sympathize with me. I'll soon loose more than one brother. Am kinda warming up to the foreign feeling" Felipe said with a fake smile and I sighed..

My phone buzzed..
"We've got a message from Panel" I said unlocking my phone and reading the message eagerly
"She found that file.."and I said happily..
"Let's go!!" Felipe urged me and we sneaked up to Panel's room..
I tapped thrice and she opened the door and I locked it quietly behind me..
"Give me the file" I asked eagerly..
If I can get the identity of his secret patner..
I'll nab Walter tonight..
"Sorry, I was confused and scared so I took all the files with me" Panel murmured..
We shared the file amongst ourselves as we scanned thoroughly through each files..
"I've found it" Felipe said triumphantly
"Ricardo Roderico Jr" I breathed out..

"Do you know him??" Panel asked
"Yes!!" I breathed out in disbelief..
"He's my uncle" I replied and her lips curved forming an o..
I took a photo of all his deals with the phone the detective gave me and sent it to him..
"Take a look at this!!" Panel murmured..
Felipe glanced at it before passing the document to me..
I got the biggest shock of my life reading it..
I read it over and over again before I became fully convinced..
Uncle Rico is the Mastermind behind that attack on my family..
He destroyed my childhood..
He stole my father's hard earn money..
Because of him my father was bankrupted and had to leave the city..
My aunt tortured my mother for my father's circumstances and tagged me a cursed child..
I'll take everything back from him..
Everything that is precious to him..
His money!!
And his freedom!!!
I won't kill him..
He'll rot in jail..
He won't ever see the sun again..
"Calm down, Emilia.. You're scaring me" Panel whispered and I groaned angrily..
