STAR'S POV
"Shut the fuck up, She's fucking hot" Logan says and I roll my eyes
"She's alright" I say "don't exaggerate it"
"How the fuck I put up with you, I don't know" she says with a shake of her head
"Shut up" I say with a smile
"Bitch" she says with a smile equally on her face, taking my hand in hers
I look at her, getting lost in her eyes and I just sit in front of her. "What?" She asks and I shake my head
"Nothing" I say
"Weirdo" she says and I roll my eyes playfully
We stay silent for a while, her eyes down at her phone as she used her free hand to type.
"Logan?" I call and she looks up at me
"Hmm?"
"I was wondering, are we, like, dating now or something?" I ask and a chuckle leaves her lips
"Fuck you mean dating? Of course not" she says and it felt like my brain shut down for like 5 seconds before coming back on again
"Excuse me?" I ask taking my hand away from hers
"I said we are not dating" she says more clearly and I nod slowly
"Um...yeah but are we going to?"
"Why do we have to? Isn't this enough?" She asks and I can't help the frown on my face
"What do you mean isn't this enough? Isn't what enough?" I ask sincerely confused
"Well, I mean I like you and you like me, isn't that okay? Why do we need anything else?" She asks and I blink twice trying to understand what she is saying
"So if we're not dating then what happens?" I ask
"What happens? I don't understand. What needs to?" She asks
" Lemme just...are you saying you don't want us to be together?" I ask and she frowns
"We are together, living in this house" she says
"Can you be serious with me? You know what I mean"
"Come on, why are you bringing this up? You already know how I feel" she says
"What?"
"Jesus, Star, please don't do this" she says "you already know I don't fuck with relationships like that"
"You don't fuck with relationships like that?" I ask with a scoff
"I told you from the beginning right? I don't do girlfriends or whatever the fuck you want to be, I don't fuck with commitment and all that shit" she says
"Yeah but I thought all that changed" I say and she sighs
"And why would it? Cause of you?" She asks

"I hoped so"
"Come on, that's not how things work Star. I can't just change who I am" she says pushing her hair away from her face
"So...what exactly are you saying?"
"I'm saying I can't be with you like that. I don't want a label between us, I want none of that shit" she says and I take in a breath, doing everything to control myself
