{At Carries & Mikes House after dinner}
"Mike, they don't know each other that well. Why would you agree so quickly? You didn't even talk to him about treating Abby right." I begin to get loud.
"Stop. Care, I've got a method here. A plan." Mike smiles.
"Like what?" I question.
"They're going to realize that marriage isn't everything it seems." He tells me.
"Oh really now?" I asked.
"I didn't mean it that way, Carrie. You know that." Mike assures me.
"Whatever." I respond.
"Please.... Lets not make this into an argument." My husband told me.
"I'm tired now. I'm going to bed." I tell him, going upstairs.
"No, wait. Can we at least talk bout this please?" He questioned, following me up the steps.
"Michael, this conversation is over for tonight." I said, going into the bedroom by the bed and taking off my shoes.
