Dean was sat in the impala, bobbing his head along to the music
"Where the hell is Cas?" He thought. He looked out of the window and saw Cas, curled up in a ball, rocking backwards and forwards in the middle of the street. People walked by staring at him, whispering to their friends and family. Some laughed, nobody went to help him. Dean opened the door of his car and slammed it shut, he ran to Cas and sat next to him, he hugged him

"I've got you Cas, it's okay" Dean reassured. Gabriel came rushing out of the doors, he saw Dean and his brother sat together.

"Get the hell away from us you son of a bitch!" Dean bellowed, Gabriel took a step back. He saw the pain he put his brother through
"Castiel always thought storms were his biggest fear, but all along it was father" Gabriel thought, these words echoed in his mind
"I created and shaped my brothers biggest fear"
Gabriel stumbled backwards
"I'm the one who told on him, who blamed him, who tormented him. Practically, I AM his biggest fear" Gabriel realised, he looked at his angelic, pure, small brother and bawled, his hearing went muffled and his ears were ringing. He went running back into the apartment.

"Hey, it's okay Cas, I've got you, I've got you." Dean consoled, holding his head to his shoulder. People walked by still staring.
"Let's go to the car. We'll stop by the dorm and calm you down." Dean said, he walked with his arm around Cas and opened the door. Castiel sat down and put his hands in his head.
They arrived outside of the university, Dean opened the door for Castiel and pulled him out. He put his arm around Cas and they ran through the halls towards their dorm.
Mr Wilson saw them and looked slightly concerned, he jogged towards them, his spiky grey hair bouncing along with him. He tapped Dean on the shoulder
"Hey, is he okay?" Mr Wilson asked
"This is not a good time sir" Dean said, grabbing his keys out of his pocket and struggling to unlock it, Castiel was still sobbing
"Castiel, what's wrong?" Mr Wilson asked
"Sir. I already said this is not a good time. We'll talk to you later." Dean said, finally opening the door and slamming it shut, locking the door. He sat Castiel on his bed

"I'm a terrible brother Dean, I was acting so foul!" Castiel bawled
"No you're not Castiel Novak. You're the most kind person I have ever met. He was being a dick, he deserved it!" Dean said, hugging him. Castiel lay his head on Dean's shoulder
"I love you Castiel. Do you think I'd love a horrible person?" Dean asked
"Well you do love a horrible person!" Castiel cried
"Cas please. You're amazing, I love you, I've never loved someone as much as you." Dean reassured, Cas was still crying
"Look, let's listen to some music shall we" Dean asked. Castiel nodded his head, wiping his nose and eyes.
Mr Wilson was stood outside, he couldn't help but eavesdrop. He didn't expect Dean and Castiel to be together, he had heard too much so he decided to leave and do more drawings in his classroom and plan more lessons.

Castiel picked his favourite song, the first time he had ever felt something special for Dean. The first time someone had ever calmed him and made him feel safe from his fears.

Here comes the sun
Here comes the sun, and I say
It's all right

Once the song had ended Castiel felt more calm, though he still felt horrible.
"Thank you Dean. For everything." Castiel sniffed
"I love you" Castiel smiled
"I love you too" Dean replied, ruffling Castiel's hair. He stood up and grabbed the keys for the impala.
"Shall we go?" Dean asked
"Sure"
They were once again in the car, listening to music. It was almost 11pm at this point. Dean's house was quite far from the university, Castiel fell asleep to the sweet sound of Dean singing along to Christmas songs.
