Castiel awoke, his back was aching and his head was laying on Dean's shoulder, earphones still in their ears. Castiel could still feel his dried up tears on his cheeks, he typed in his password and made a new playlist. He named this "Dean" and added "Here Comes The Sun". Castiel fumbled around his bag looking for his earphones, it was the first day of class. He grabbed some comfortable jeans and his woolly jumper and changed into them in the bathroom. When he was about to walk out with his bag on his back and his earphone in listening to music, Dean grabbed him by the shoulder

"Hey where are you going?" Dean asked, rubbing his eyes. He looked exhausted
"Class. Why do you look so...exhausted?" Castiel asked
"You were having nightmares, wouldn't stop whining, you were too heavy to move to your bed so I decided to stay with you" Dean grumbled, tiredly. His voice was deep and croaky. Castiel apologised and left the room, he looked around the hallway at the thousands of students, his eyes widened and he slowly backed into his dorm. Castiel was panting

"Hey, are you okay Cas?" Dean asked, no answer. Castiel stood breathing heavily
"T-Too many people..." Castiel stuttered
"Come with me Dean, please..." Castiel pleaded
"Okay, sure" Dean replied, they walked out of the dorm together, Dean could hear Castiel panting "poor son of a bitch" he thought, Castiel turned around and looked at Dean
"It's okay, I'm right behind you." Dean reassured, patting his back. Castiel took a deep breath and walked forwards, looking down.

Dean happily walked next to him when Lisa came out of nowhere and grabbed Dean but the shoulders, she pushed him towards the lockers and started shouting at him for leaving her at the party alone. Castiel looked back at Dean, scared. "Go, you'll be okay" Dean mouthed to him. Castiel nodded and carried on forward, he took deep breaths with each step he took. Luckily he found his public speaking class. "I hate public speaking" Castiel thought in his head

He walked through the door of the class
"Hello" the teacher greeted him.
"H-Hello..." Castiel stuttered. Everyone in the class went silent and stared at him.
"Why don't you go and sit in that corner there, boy" the teacher said, carelessly. Castiel made his way to his desk which was right at the back in the corner. Just where he liked it. The teacher did the register, Castiel had the song stuck in his head, he was thinking of Dean singing it to him last night
"Castiel Novak!" The teacher called out
"H-Here" Castiel answered
"And finally Dean Winchester...of course he won't be here." The teacher sighed
"I had no idea Dean did public speaking." Castiel thought. Now you are probably wondering why Castiel is doing public speaking, his father knows of Castiel's fear of social interaction, he told Castiel that if he took public speaking it would definitely improve his confidence. Castiel was excited to get over his irrational fear.

Castiel's train of thought got disrupted when Dean came staggering into the room. He saw Castiel and felt confused "why the hell is he doing public speaking?" Dean thought.
"Welcome back Winchester, why don't you go and sit next to that new boy over there" The teacher said, pointing to Castiel. Dean smiled at him and sat next to him.
