Third Person POV
Connor, Hank, and Y/N all lived together in the home that Hank owned, but Hank finally got his shit together, actually started acting like a Lieutenant, and started going to work when he was supposed to.
I mean, he still drowned his sorrows in alcohol, but only when he didn't have to work.
Because of this, Hank hasn't been home as much during the week, but Connor and Y/N are managing.
However, ever since last week, Connor has been acting strange.
Y/N has noticed his LED was barely blue anymore, it's always yellow or even red.
She's been hoping it wasn't because of something she did, like laugh at a video Gavin showed her the other day.
'Why would he get mad at that?' some people may ask.
Well, Y/N didn't know, but she thinks he's changed a little since he's always so protective over her.
But, who knows? She could just be thinking too much of it.
She threw her thoughts to the side when Fowler had told them that they'd been assigned to a case while she drank the coffee that Connor had made for her.
Connor was holding Y/N close to him, while the case was being assigned.
Y/N decided to not be bothered by it since he's probably just doing it out of affection.
Then, after they got everything together, they got into a squad car and Connor began to drive to the crime scene.
Y/N's curiosity got the best of her after about five minutes.
She just wanted to know if her boyfriend was mad at her.
"Connor?" she called out for him while taking a sip from her coffee cup, which she decided to take with her from the office.
"Yes, Y/N," he spoke calmly.
"Are you okay?" she asked nervously.
"Of course. Why do you ask, Love?"
"N-No reason," she lied.
