Previously:

I drop the letter to the floor and the paper shatters like glass, before lighting into flames, slowly burning away until its disintegrated. Ashes was all that remained...

---------------------------
My heart is beating hard against my chest and my eyes are glossy as I recall what happened over 3 hours ago. It's now 11:00 and I'm still reciting the words that was written.

Your in grave danger

You have a prophecy

Its real

After pacing around the living room for hours, I run upstairs and change into black jeans, a black tank top and a raven leather jacket with biker boots. I throw my hair up into a ponytail and walk out, my sickness long gone. I lock the door and begin my walk to the nearest coffee shop, escaping the taunting memories back home. The soothing scent of coffee almost washes the panic and worry away, emphasis on the almost. I take a seat in the furthest corner, setting my coffee down infront of me. I pull the pen and paper from my bag and place it gently down on the chesnut table, afraid that this will shatter like the one at home. I press the pen carefully against the paper and start my letter back to Aunt Rosel:

Dear Aunt Rosel,

The sudden letter and what you wrote has frightened me aswell as what happened after that. I have no idea when I'll hear from you again. Please, send me the map as soon as possible and I will make my way to wherever you are. The Kingdoms or not. None of it makes sense. I thought nothing of it and that it wasn't true but now I dont know. I've been seeing images of a Kingdom and a town burning. They randomly flash in my mind and the letter you sent, it shattered like glass yet burnt like you had lit wood. I dont know anything anymore and if you can help, please, contact me right away.

I'm scared Aunt Rosel but I trust you. Please reply.

Love Addy x

I place the letter in an evelope and adress it to the last place I knew where she was living. Swiftly, I finish my coffee and check the time seeing its half past 12. My eyes go wide and I run home, bursting through the front door. I see my mother pacing up and down, worry evident on her face. The sudden noise, makes her jump before she looks up and lets out a long breath. My mum walks to me, staring at me for a few seconds before she pulls me into a tight embrace.
"Where did you go? I was so worried." She sniffles and I wrap my arms around her back, slowly withdrawing after a few silent minutes.
"I had to go out and get some fresh air. Sorry for frightening you." I state and she nods, hugging me once more before explaining how she'll prep some light dinner.

6 hours, 30 minutes later:

The night time has rolled around quicker than I thought and the letter has not left my mind once. I'm constantly tapping my hand or shaking my knee in anticipation, just hoping I get a letter back soon. My mum has gone to bed as she works an early shift tommorow.

I sit in my bay window, staring out the clear glass and at the shimmering moon. A sketch pad is in my hand and I dont control what I draw. Well not physically. My hands moves swiftly on its own and creates an image that has me throwing the sketch pad across ths room and shaking in fear. A kingdom is faintly seen in the background, shaded flames rising dangerously high, with a town in the centre, the buildings and homes in piles of ash and smoke- exactly like the scenes in my head. I take deep breaths before a yawn escapes my lips and reluctantly I grab a cushion and some covers, falling asleep at my bay window, the descending light from the moon showering down over me...
