You woke up the next morning and the sunlight was shining brightly in through the window again. There was a difference, however. Connor was not beside you. You sat up, confused by his absence.
"Con?" You questioned, but of course, you got no answer. You stood up and you grabbed your robe to cover yourself up. You looked around. You heard the soft clicks of a mouse and keyboard in one of the workrooms. You walked in and you noticed he was staring intently at the computer. "Connor?" He looked over.
"Oh, goodmorning, (Y/n). Sorry, I wanted to look into something. I hope I didn't worry you." He said, closing down the tabs and coming over to you. You smiled and hugged him.
"It's alright, I was just curious where you were." You explained. He nodded.
"Understandable." You kissed his nose and then you let go.
"Well, I'm gonna go get dressed. Get ready to do some more moving, Connor! We're so close!" You said excitedly. He laughed a little.
"Alright." You smiled and went to get dressed. Once you were dressed you headed out into the living room, meeting Connor out there. You both got to work again and it wasn't too long until the room was finally finished. You hugged Connor happily, looking around the completed room.

"Yes! I love it!" You cheered. He laughed.
"It does come together nicely. I love it too." He said. You hugged him happily,
"You really like it?" You asked, hoping he wasn't just saying it to make you feel good. He chuckled.
"I do. You don't have to worry. Besides, if you're happy with it, so am I." You smiled.
"Thanks, Con." He hugged you.
"Of course." With that, you both went downstairs since you weren't going to bed yet. You both wondered what you should do. You both eventually decided on playing a video game together. You both played and had fun with each other. After that, you watched some movies. You went to bed at 10:00 because you had to go back to work tomorrow. You were excited to get back into things. You changed and then you hopped into bed. You sighed happily.
"This is insanely soft." You commented. Connor tilted his head quizzically.
"Really? Let me see." He came over and laid down next to you. He smiled. "This is very soft. It's very comfortable." You nodded with a yawn.
"Yep." You agreed. His arms wrapped around you and he kissed the back of your shoulder.
