You woke up the next morning feeling much better. Oreon had really helped you with the nightmare issue. You had no idea why you'd have such a vivid and horrid dream like that, but you were thankful you didn't have to go through it alone.

You got up and smiled. You looked over and you were stunned to see a new outfit laid out at the end of your bed. There was a pair of jeans, a cute black jacket, a (f/c) t-shirt, and some white sneakers. You also found a pair of sunglasses with them. There was a sticky note on the jacket.

'Thought you might need this for your second day. You and me are going shopping for more stuff tonight. It's gonna be fun~! Sincerely, Claira' You giggled. She really is something. You chuckled to yourself. You put on the new outfit with a smile before going to the bathroom to do your hair. After you were done with that you headed downstairs. You got a quick moment to say hello and goodbye to Nelly before she rushed out of the house. You sighed, shaking your head with an amused grin on your face.

"Beginning to question why you're staying here?" You turned and smiled.

"Good morning to you too, Oreon." You chuckled. He smiled at you.

"So, already off to the land of coffee and donuts?" He teased. You rolled your eyes at him. "Hey, I'm just warning you, you might be the one picking them up soon enough. I heard they take turns!" He said with a big grin, making you laugh.

"Yeah, yeah." You replied. "I'll see you again later, okay?" You said. He smiled and nodded. You grabbed your keys and the purse Claira had gotten you. "Bye Oreon!" You called.

"See you tonight!" He called back and then you were out the door. You hurried to your car and drove to work. You arrived soon enough and you found Hank and Connor there. You waved to them both and Connor waved back. Hank gave you a nod as you walked over to the two of them.

"Morning Hank! Morning Connor!" You greeted.

"Good morning Ms. (L/n)." Connor greeted. "You seem to be in a good mood."

"Well, nothing bad happened, so I have no reason to be upset." You replied.

"Well, it's kinda slow around here right now. You can go get settled in to your desk or whatever." Hank said, looking at his own computer without a care.

"I have to say, Hank, you're a very lively person." You teased. He rolled his eyes.

"Yeah, I've head that one before." He said. You spotted a tiny grin on his face that he was trying to hide. You chuckled and headed to your desk. You began to set out the few things you had. You got comfortable and then began looking at the files. As you looked at them, Connor came up behind you.

"Settling in well?" He asked. You turned and looked up at him.

"Oh, yeah! I'm fine! Did you need something, Connor?" You asked.

"No, the Lieutenant just said that he'd prefer I bother you instead of him. I didn't know I was bothering him though." Connor said. You chuckled.

"I think everyone bothers him at some point. It's okay Connor. Hey, I have an idea. How about you tell me about some of the missions you've been on? I want to know more about you!" You said. He looked surprised.

"I guess I can tell you what I know." He said. You nodded with a smile.

How about we go sit at a table over where the coffee and everything is so I don't have to strain my neck up to the ceiling." You said. He smiled a little.

"Okay." He agreed. You both walked over and sat down together.

"So, what do you have to tell me?" You asked.
