Depression and Anxiety

Depression
Is a dark room

Full of mirrors
And pointing fingers

That show my flaws
And tell the tale of me

Depression
When you can't breathe or see

But nothing's stopping you
From breathing

And your eyes just see black
That runs through your mind

Anxiety
When you walk in a room

And you feel like everyone
Is laughing or talking about you

And makes you feel
Like you need to curl in a ball and die

Anxiety
When I do something wrong

You feel like you entered a courtroom
Eyes stare and whispers ring loud

And your just shaking
And being judged
