Minding your health by keeping an eye on how it's doing everyday is really a good skill to practice and keep as part of your daily routine to keep your mental health, healthy.
Your brain needs to be healthy so you can not only live a positive life but also be benefited by the greater life skills you can use life after achieving self love (loving yourself unconditionally), you are able to not only focus on what makes you happy, and caring a lot more about what you think about yourself and less what others think as well as being able to recognize when others are mistreating you and acting on it in the right, ethical and mentally wise methods.
