Worrying about my mental and emotional health: unsure of what to identify that's going on/wrong with my mind/brain in which unsure whether a sooner appointment with Dr. Kao is necessary or a visit to the hospital.
Just listening to music to help calm, ease my mind as well as my aromatherapy (eucalyptus spearmint) and also working on silencing the mind more as well as more practice tomorrow and throughout my recovery!
