Missus Duties

M: Hi Love. Feeling better? *smiles at R as she enters his room and sets the bag of food on the table, walks over to sit by his bedside and leans to kiss his cheek*

R: *beams* Yes, Love. Thank you.

M: Kumusta ka na, Love? *touches R's forehead and neck* Wala ka na ngang lagnat. Gutom ka na ba? *sighs as she looks at R, touches his cheek* Ang payat mo na. *frowns*

R: Okay lang ako, Love.

M: Alam ko gusto mong magpapayat pero ayoko naman ng ganito. *bites her lip, blinks her tears away*

R: *cradles M's face in his hands, stares into her eyes then kisses her forehead* Ssshhh... Don't cry, Love. *pulls M close to him and hugs her tight*

M: *sobs, buries her face in the crook of his neck* Kasalanan mo to. You make me worry too much. Pagaling ka na kasi.

R: *gently strokes M's hair up and down, whispers* Malapit na, mahal. Malapit na... Tahan na please...

M: *sniffs, gets up, wipes her tears* Tama na to. Bawal sa may sakit ang nas-stress. Don't worry about me. Wala to. Hindi ako umiyak. Nanaginip ka lang. *grins, winks* Oo nga pala. May dala akong soup. Wait. *stands up and goes to the table to prepare R's food* Luto ni Lola to. I'm sure miss na miss mo na. *places food container on the overbed food table and rolls it beside R, sits on the bed*

R: Galing ka sa bahay?

M: *nods her head* Oo. After taping, dumaan muna ako doon bago pumunta dito. Alam kong miss na miss ka na nina Lola kaya dinalaw ko muna din sila to check on her and Lolo, dinalhan ko na din sila ng leche flan na dala nina Nanay. Pagaling ka daw at wag matigas ang ulo. *smiles* At kumain ka daw ng mabuti. *raises a spoonful of cold soup to R's lips*

R: Leche flan talaga?

M: Okay lang yun. Di naman sila pasaway katulad mo. *laughs* Controlled consumption, keri lang.

R: *smiles* Love... *holds M's hand as she is scooping out some soup* Thank you...

M: You're welcome. *smiles, squeezes R's hand* Masaya ako na nakita ko sila. Na-miss ko din kaya sila. Kung di lang ako papunta dito, ayaw pa sana ako paalisin ni Lola. Sabi ko babalik na lang ako. Kahit na substitute mo lang ako sana kahit paano, napagaan ko ang loob nila sa pagpunta ko doon.

R: *brushes M's cheek with the back of his hand* You are never my substitute, Love. I'm sure napasaya mo sila. They love you because of you. You are amazing.

M: I love them so much too.

R: *looks at M lovingly, kisses her hand* I love you very much, my life.

M: I love you more, my home. Kain ka pa. Bilin ni Lola na ubusin mo muna daw ito bago ko ibigay yung kasunod na bilin niya. *feeds R more soup*

R: Ano yun?

M: Mamaya... Kain ka muna. *kilay language*

R: *grins* Parang alam ko na. *gobbles more soup enthusiastically* Kumusta ka na, Love? Di ka ba napapagod sa work?

M: Okay naman. Konting sipon pero keri na. Masaya naman sa work eh. Nagbigay nga pala ako ng birthday gift kanina from sa ating dalawa na yun.

R: Okay. That's good, Love.

M: Sa weekend nga pala, di ko matutupad yung sabi ko sa'yo na dumalaw ng maaga kasi pupunta muna akong Bulacan para dalawin si Matti. May sakit daw siya eh.

R: May sakit din si Matti? *frowns*

M: I'm sure okay lang yun. I just want to see him kasi sobrang miss ko na siya.

R: Ako din. *pouts*

M: Video call na muna kayo paguwi ko tsaka dadalhin ko na din sa kanya yung binili mong bagong toy. Pag may time na tayo paglabas mo dito, puntahan natin siya together. Okay? *smiles*

R: Okay, Love.

M: Ayan... Last na. *feeds R the last spoonful*

R: Hmmm... Ang sarap.

M: Ang sarap ng luto ni Lola di ba? Na-miss mo?

R: *nods his head* Mas sumarap dahil ikaw nagsubo.

M: Bolero. Wag mo na akong isali. *laughs*

R: Totoo kasi yun. *smiles*

M: Okay. Heto na ang kasunod na bilin ni Lola. *leans forward to kiss R's cheek and hug him*

R: Si Lolo? Walang bilin?

M: Meron. *leans forward to kiss R's other cheek then hugs him again*

R: Thank you, Love. Wala na bang magki-kiss sa akin? *kilay language*

M: *grins* Eto naman... Galing sa akin. *slowly moves closer, slips her hands around R's waist, frowns* Payat. Wala ng burjer.

R: *groans* Love... Hayaan mo na muna yan. Focus. Ano yung galing sa'yo?

M: *rolls eyes* Fine. *slips her hands down to his lap, leans forward to softly kiss his forehead, eyes, nose and cheeks then his chin*

R: *moans contentedly, closes his eyes, puckers up his lips*

M: Huy! Bawal nga yan. *places a finger over his lips*

R: Haaay... Bitin naman.  Wala na ngang kiss. Wala pang... *looks down at his shorts*

M: *eyes widen and giggles* Oh my!!! Ano ba yan? Ssshhh... Behave, Rex! *laughs, gets another pillow and places it just below R's waist* Bawal din yan.

R: *pouts* Ang hirap naman nito.

M: Eh sino bang pasaway at nagkasakit? Pagaling ka muna. Pag gumaling ka na...

R: Pag gumaling na ako???

M: Alam mo na. *kilay language*

R: Magaling na ako. Magaling na ako ngayon.

M: *laughs* You wish. *hits R's arm* Kaya ikaw. Magpalakas ka na diyan para makauwi ka na. At pag-uwi mo... *smirks, slowly slides her hand up his leg*

R: *bites his lip and groans* Lagot ka na. Sobrang miss kaya kita. *smirks*

M: Siguraduhin mo lang at baka ikaw ang malagot. Mas matindi ata ako maka-miss. *smirks*
