The Ring

Here's a short update as requested.

September 9, 11pm, M's condo:

R&M: *lazily lounge on the couch with M's back on R, lying on his chest, as they watch a movie together*

R: *lays M's hand on his palm, raises it, and stares at the ring* Love, are you sure you want to keep wearing this in public? Marami ng curious. Kalat na ang comparison pics sa Twitter at IG. Na-soSOCO na tayo as usual.

M: *looks at the ring then focuses back on the movie* So? Lagi naman, Love. Besides, I've been keeping this in box for so long. Yung boc na lang ba makikinabang? Eh yung box na lang din pakasalan mo?

R: Uy! Love naman! Wag ganun. So they'll find out about our secret?

M: They'll find out about it eventually, Love.

R: So, okay na tayo for everyone to find out?

M: Everyone can speculate but no one can really confirm unless we make the announcement so we still control this whole situation.

R: Sabagay, malapit na din naman, Love. *leans his chin on her shoulder* Sa usapan nina Dad at Tatay over dinner parang kasadong kasado na. *laughs*

M: Nape-pressure ka na ba, Faulkerson? Si Daddy excited na talaga magka-apo sa atin. *laughs* Si Tatay din, lumalaki na daw si Matti di na makakalaro ang pinsan niya. Nakakaloka.

R: *grins giddily* Si Nanay naman, pinagpapalanuhan na mga investments natin para sa mga magiging apo nila.

M: Nakakaaliw yung mga pagsa-suggest ng dates, Love. Parang sila ang ikakasal. *giggles*

R: Oo nga, Love. Kumusta naman yung December ni Dad? Before Christmas pa ang gusto.

M: At nag-agree si Nanay. *both laugh*

R: Ikaw, Love? Kailan mo gustong magpakasal? *raises M's hand to his lips and kisses it*

M: *rolls so she can face him as she lies bellydown on top of him* Lagi kong sinasabi sa'yo, Love. Anytime. Anywhere. Ready akong magpakasal sa'yo. Ikaw ba? Kailan mo ako pakakasalan?

R: Naku! Kahit ngayon na agad, Love! Agad agad na yan. Kaso di naman natin pwedeng basta lang dapat the best dream wedding para sa pinakamamahal ko. At lagot tayo Kina Nanay, Tatay, Dad, Lolo at Lola kung itanan kita. *laughs*

M: Oo nga naman. We can wait, Love. May habang buhay tayo na magkasama let's give it a good start.

R: Tama, Love. So, December?

M: *giggles* Pwede. Or sa birthday mo or sa birthday ko or sa anniversary next year or June next year. Basta soon. I am excited to be your Mrs. Faulkerson, Love. I love you. *smiles*

R: *smiles* Lalo na ako. I can hardly wait to make you my wife the soonest, Love. I love you more and more and more, my life.

M: *leans down to kiss R softly on the lips* And I will be your wife soon, my dear future husband.

R: *smiles* Yung apo ba, Love? Soon din o soonER?

M: *laughs* Siyempre Soon after wedding, Love.

R: Di ba pwedeng i-advance si Thirdy, Love? Lumalaki na si Kuya Matti.*grins*

M: Okay sige, Love. Ganito. May health card ka ba at bayad na ba lahat ng insurance mo?

R: Yes, Love. Bayad lahat.

M: Good. You'll need them pag tinuloy mo yang iniisip mo at makita mong magalit si Teodoro. *kilay language*

R: Ganoon ba, Love? Halika. *gets up and takes M's hand leading her to the door*

M: Wait. Saan tayo pupunta?

R: Bibili ng protection.

M: Love, anong oras na. Wala sa 7-11 ang brand mo. *smirks*

R: Bakit ka natatawa? Oo nga pala. Teka... *runs to M's room and opens drawers and cabinets*

M: Do you really think, I'll keep  a stash here, Love? Eh kung makita ni Nanay? Okay lang naman. It's perfectly safe. Kaaalis lang ni Tisoy. By the way, why you call my menstrual dino after your nickname still weirds me out.

R: Siyempre, Love. Wala dapat ibang dino sa buhay mo. Ako lang.

M: Grabe siya. Pati dun territorial. Okay, Love. So sabi ko nga safe ako, stop that.

R: *stops, walks to M, places his hands on her shoulders, looks directly in the eyes* Love, kailangang maniguro para sa'yo, kina Dad at sa mga magiging anak natin.

M: *giggles* Ang intense naman, Love.

R: Love, ang intense din ng warning mo. Nakakatakot. Paano na sina Thirdy, Charm, Seb, Siegfried at Athena?

M: Wait. Lima na naman yun, Love. Tatlo lang di ba? Anyway, Love. Joke lang yun.

R: Patingin ng joke lang. *pouts*

M: Paano ba? Joke lang yun kasi alam ko na ang gusto mong mangyari kaya biniro kita. *starts undressing*

R: *closes his eyes* Love! Hindi pwede. After wedding pa ang bibi. Paano kung ma-advance?

M: So you'd rather be a hero, Love?

R: Bahala na si Iron Man kung magtampo ka, Love pero mas takot ako sa Tatay mo.

M: *laughs* Ang cute mo, Love.

R: Nasaan ka, Love? Bakit parang ang layo mo na?

M: Open your eyes to find out.

R: Ayoko, Love. Magdamit ka muna. Alam mo naman.

M: Ayaw mo? *walks closer to R*

R: Ayaw. Wag muna, Love.

M:Ayaw mo talaga? *moves even closer to R*

R: *closes his eyes tighter and holds his hands behind him as he feels her breath on his neck* Love, please wag mo na ako parusahan. I so want to touch you right now.

M: So touch me, Love.

R: Hindi talaga pwede, Love.

M: Hindi pwede? Kahit meron ako nito? *slips the small pack in R's hand* I got this from your wallet. I remember you always keep one. Just in case. Now, you have three seconds to make your move, Love. Three... *steps away from R* Two... *starts walking away*

R: *opens his eyes and looks at his hand* Oh shoot! One! *grabs M's arm, pulls her to him, kisses her passionately on the lips and lifts her up to carry her to the bedroom*
