Derek Parfit, Renowned Philosopher of Ethics, Mind and Imaginary Tiptoeing

Derek Parfit claimed that Imaginary Tiptoeing would be the ideal way to travel to Mars. Would this be just a more efficient method of travel than a spaceship? It was an exciting idea, and apparently Nancy and Sluggo had expressed interest, so a newspaper article explaining it more in detail generated a lot of interest.
But many readers who found his arguments compelling were still wary enough to opt for the old fashioned idea of traveling to Mars by spaceship. The mental discipline of learning Imaginary Tiptoeing seemed like too much of a challenge for many.
However, Timmy Turtle thought it wouldn't be much of a challenge, as he had already mastered Imaginary Bronco Riding. Little did he realize that his ability to Imaginary Lasso would cause him to twirl around uncontrollably whenever he'd attempt to Imaginary Tiptoe.
