"So you and Josh are back at it again with the bullshit?" Tay said as we sat in the bleachers during Josh's game, it was almost finished and they were in the lead, they basically won the game with less than a minute left, 14 points ahead. It was pouring down raining and I was a complete mess and so was Lily, but I guess it's worth it.

"Yes we are, we're serious this time though. I think we're both over eachother's shit and just ready." I said laughing as she shook her head and Lily sat on the other side of me wrapped up in her raincoat.

"You two better be as serious as damn doctors cause nobody got time for that ongoing drama you two seem to have."

"We're done, I swear we aren't arguing no more. I mean we will, but we're done walking away from eachother. What about your love life?" I said to Tay as the announcer screamed out that there was only 30 seconds left in the game.

"You know I don't kiss and tell, I wait a little while. Didn't wanna end up like my best friend right here, you became an emotional mess."

"I know right? I wouldn't think I'd be this way years ago, I didn't even take Josh seriously at first."

"You both were eachother's late night call, what a way to fall in love."

"Late night, evening, morning-"

"Liyah! You're a mess." We laughed, not even paying attention to the last 30 seconds of the game.

"Then we got our jobs at Frame, you helped me with my nine months of emotions having Lily, and back then telling me Josh was a dumbass. Those were the days, I love you so much for being there. Helping me through this journey of mine. I know that shit wasn't easy."

"That's what I'm for though. You gonna go beat a bitches ass, I'm gonna swinging too. You having Josh issues, I'm gonna cuss him out. That's just how it is, we got eachother's back."

"Aw Tay, you're gonna make me cry in all this rain?!" I said grabbing and putting my arms around her, giving her a hug. All these years she's been there, she's been my number one closest friend I could have, I wouldn't ask for no one else. Cause if I was in her shoes, I would've went crazy from my own problems.

"Girl don't start." She said laughing and putting her arms around me too. It was still pouring and the loud noises that were set off let everyone know it was the end. I seen all the other fans get up and scream, and show their excitement for the Giants making it to the superbowl again. We looked down and seen the team all embracing eachother and happy. I know this was a good moment for Josh after being gone from his life for a year, and having to gain strength back to even get back in the games, his career could've been over.

"How does this victory feel Josh?" I heard one of the interviewers ask Josh, everyone could hear cause it was being set live on TV, and speakers were going.

"It feels good, I didn't think I'd ever be back at this point in my life after my coma. Waking up I was determined to beat myself up until I got back the strength I needed. I was gonna make sure my dream wasn't ending early. This is my life, football has been my life since I could walk. And you know, I couldn't of gotten though anything that's happened these past years if it wasn't for Liyah Brown and my daughter Lilyana. That's my world right there." The crowd started screaming and yelling out, my emotional ass was crying cause I was so proud of Josh.

"Can I actually borrow your mic?" Josh said to the lady, and Tay and I are looking at eachother as to say, 'what the hell is his ass doing?'

"Sure, no problem." She said handing him the mic.

"Liyah, come down here." I looked at him and shook my head no, the crowd was going crazy and I didn't want to be in all that, but he wanted me too. So I got up and walked down the few stairs and onto the field. I had to go all the way to the middle of the field, messing up my sneakers. I don't know what Josh was doing but I hope it's worth it.

"You know I'm not good with putting my feelings into words but out of everyone sitting out here, you'll understand me. That's what I love about you, you were there for me, you made me see another side of everything." I looked over at Tay in fear, and she was just sitting there laughing cause she knows I didn't know what the hell was going on.

"You had me ever since we met, and you know I had you even though you won't admit it." I shook my head and he started laughing, and so was the crowd as they continued to scream.

"But uh, without you in my life I can't focus, I can't do things right. Sometimes we clash but that's how it is, everyone argues but we always went back to eachother. But I'm tired of clashing, and watching the one person that means so much to me walk out on me, and tell me she's tired of dealing with my ways. That's why I've changed, for you and for my daughter, she needs a better example as a dad, even though she won't be dating until she's 35." The crowd laughed as he kept going, and I was laughing and crying and still wondering why he had me come to the middle of the damn football field to tell me this.

"Basically what I'm trying to say, cause this is live television and I know they wanna kill me for how long I'm taking, and I know the best fans in New York want to get out of this rain right?!" Everyone screamed and clapped and that's when he dropped down on one knee, took out a ring box, and the crowds noises grew louder.

"Josh get your ass up." I said out of nervousness, I could feel my legs shaking and I was laughing and crying nonstop.

"Miss beautiful, Liyah Brown, will you marry me?"
This was the second proposal, and I know the first one wasn't at the right time, everything was a mess, but this one I knew was right. We finally just wanted eachother.

"Yes! Yes I will." I said putting my arms around him and he stood up, holding me in his arms. For once it finally felt like everything was falling into place. No extra people, no drama, no stupid bullshit to stop us was in the way, and it was great. This was what happiness was for us, eachother.
