Endless Love

I bursted my way through the hospital doors and ran down some halls, I didn't know where exactly to go but I know I was gonna figure it out.

"I'm looking for Lilyana Sanders, where is she get me to her!" I said screaming at a lady behind a desk, she looked at me like I was crazy.

"We need your I.D-"

"Now!" I said screaming and banging on the desk. I was getting impatient so I ran off down more halls and finally found an area where it said for private use only, where there was cops standing on each side of the doors, but they didn't bother me this time. I ran through and stopped and looked at each door and they were both closed shut, with doctors in them.

"Lily! Josh! I'm here Lily!" I banged on one door as hard as I could and one of the cops came up to me.

"I understand if you're a relative but they are doing operations you're going to have to calm down and take a seat."

"That's my daughter in there, I don't know how to be calm! I don't even know if she's alive!" I yelled out and stopped banging on the door and broke out in more tears than before.

I sat down on the floor against the wall and looked at all the people in this small, private waiting room and didn't recognize any faces. I didn't know any of them cause they were probably Josh's family, I never met anyone in his family. I'm glad I didn't see Naomi because I have a feeling she's the reason gun shots were fired anyways. I sat there for about ten minutes when they opened one of the doors. I jumped up and looked at the doctors as they shut the door.

"Is the little girls mother here?" One of the doctors said taking off his gloves and wiping his head.

"I'm right here, please tell me she's alive is my baby okay? I know she wants to see me!" I said looking at him. "Look you can tell me aloud I don't need to be whispered too, I'm guessing all these people is her dad's family so please!"

"Are you all family?" The doctor said to the few people that were sitting in the room.

"Yeah we are." A woman said and then looked at me, as if she wanted to say something else but I wasn't about to figure it out or who she was, I just wanted to see Lily.

"She was lucky enough to not get shot, so she dodged many bullets that were fired at the truck. Her condition due to the car crash though, is pretty critical, it left her in a coma. She had some internal bleeding but we were able to stop it since she's smaller, few broken ribs and bones, bruises."

I could feel myself getting weaker and weaker after every word that they said. I didn't want to believe anything they were saying and tears just kept on flowing. "Do you know when she might wake up?"

"We cannot determine that, it's too early to say so, and to be honest she may not wake up. I'm sorry to tell you the news, you can go in to see her when you're ready." The doctor said walking off down the hall. I opened the door, and I seen my babies face all bruised and scratched up, and she was in bandages. I  wanted to drop down on the floor at that very second but I couldn't feel my legs and I wanted to feel her. I sat by her bedside and rubbed her face and grabbed one of her hands.

"Mommy's here baby, I'm here now I'm so sorry this happened to you. Wake up baby please don't leave mommy here alone, you're all I have and I need you. I wanna take you to Disney World, you still need to meet Mickey Mouse and Elsa. Please wake up for me soon." I said laying my head down on the sode of the bed and crying as I held her hand. I could feel my whole life crashing down on me at once.

"Excuse me, I'm sorry aren't you Liyah Brown?" A girl said walking in. I didn't know who she was but I didn't have any time to figure it out, and I had zero patience for any bullshit right now.

"I am, but look if you came in here to tell me you slept with Josh this is the wrong time, I don't give a fuck!"

"No, no none of that, I'm Josh's sister Selena. I just wanted to finally come and meet you, I know it sucks to finally meet like this, but I just thought it was a right time."

"Yeah, yeah I guess so. I'm Liyah. Sorry if I'm not as alert right now I'm not all there at the moment."

"It's fine I understand. I just can't believe Josh was forreal. He told me he was in love with the Liyah Brown from Frame but I didn't believe him."

"Yeah amazing isn't it? Me and like five other girls but who's counting right?" I said rubbing Lily's hand as another woman came into the room.

"Well this one is really my sons daughter." She said as she looked down at Lily and then at me. I looked at her and Selena and scratched my head.

"Um, just to break the awkwardness I know you guys probably don't know much about me or if you do it's not everything. I'm sorry this is the circumstances that we have to actually meet. Josh and I wasn't always on good terms."

"Oh no, we hear enough about you and see you all the time on TV, we just never got a chance to meet you. We made Josh explain to us who you were when the rumors came out about you and your daughter, I seen her face and knew that was his daughter. I'm his mom Christina, nice to meet you." She said leaning down to give me a hug. I knew one day I'd have to meet his family but I didn't think it would be this way.

"I'm Liyah as told, It's nice to meet you too, and you as well Selena." I said rubbing Lily's head. "Have they said anything about Josh yet?"

"No, they probably won't for a few hours. They said his pulse was low and he got about eight bullets in his body right now as far as they can tell. They told me they weren't sure if he'd make it cause all the blood lost. I cried all the tears I could on my way here, I'm drained." I couldn't help myself but still cry, I loved Josh so much even though we always argued. Everybody goes through issues with someone they care about.

"I wish we didn't have the last conversation we had, I'd hate for all that to be our last words to eachother." I said shaking my head.

"What happened?" Selena said looking over at me.

"It's a lot, I wish I could try and explain it all just sitting right here."

"Well we all know my son is just like his dad, makes mistake after mistake while he's in the process of fixing all the hundred others he made. I hope he's alright but he needs to chill out."

"Yeah, I'm surprised his 'alleged baby mothers' number two and three aren't here yet. If not they will be, and that being said I need a drink." I said shaking my head and thinking about Lily and myself if Josh doesn't make it through this as well, and thinking to myself how I'd have to face this other girl Josh was or is still in love with.

"Two and three?" His mom looked at me confused.

"Yeah, some girl named Sabrina he was sleeping with before I he found his way back into my life somehow, oh and by the way she has a boyfriend. And of course, you should know Naomi. I think she's the reason for this by the way, and if she is and she's out here walking in the streets she better get far from me."

"So you think Naomi had something to do with who shot him?"

"Hell yeah, he isn't her baby's father and she's angry that something isn't going her way. So yeah, if she didn't do it she knows who did cause she had them do it." I didn't care at this point, I was letting everything out the bag and telling it all. They seemed just as shocked as I was about these things when he told me, I guess he never told them either.

"Then let me go call the detective, he told me to call if I had any ideas who shot him, I'll be back." His mom said taking off. I was rubbing my head because I had a massive headache that I know wasn't going anywhere. I wanted Lily up and I wanted Josh to be alive, not knowing anything on his condition can drive me crazy for hours. Thinking about losing one of them is not something I wanted on my mind, but sadly it was.
