It was the next few days and I was at work, my desk was filled to capacity with things I still had yet to do, I was behind with things because I got distracted for the last few days and Kim was still gone on vacation. It was snowing and cold outside, it was late afternoon and Josh was supposed to be going to get Lily, and usually he'll text me but I haven't heard from him all afternoon. He still texted me even if we argued, so it's weird that right now he hasn't.

"So Liyah, did you finish everyone's schedule? I know everyone's will be a mess since the Super Bowl is today." Mikey said sitting right on top of my desk. "How's the life in love land with Josh?"

"Nonexistant." I said laughing and looking over at the door as Tay walked in. "And yeah I'm almost finished."

"She knows her ass will never be done with Josh even if she tried. Just about everything possible happened with them and she still in love with his ass."

"Shut up Tay, she has to lie on someone because she's never been in love. What's wrong with me just moving on slowly? He's moved on, I can too."

"Girl a lot, get his ass mad and have your own fun."

"I don't live for Josh so I could careless if he see's me with someone else or alone. Who cares?" I said typing out the rest of the schedules. I was moving on, just at my own pace, I had to take it slow because my emotions were still so high, and ever since a few nights ago, I just have feelings I can't explain.

"Shit I wish I had some love like that, minus all the arguing you two do. That day when you both argued all the way down the stairs over a cheeseburger was something else." He laughed and got up to leave out the room.

"Shut up Mikey, he knows I hate pickles and tomatoes." I laughed and shook my head and got up after I printed out the papers, I got a lot done at work today surprisingly despite what else I had left. It was getting late and I had to get home so when Josh dropped Lily off I'd be there. I checked my phone one last time and still no message or call from Josh. I worried but I didn't want to worry, maybe they were at the store or something. If he never got her, the daycare would've called me about an hour ago so that's how I know he did at least pick her up.

"He hasn't texted you?" Tay said as she read through the papers I printed out.

"Not since this morning."

"You know they're good, he's probably at the toy store with her buying everything in it. That's a spoiled girl you two have."

"Shut up, that's my Lily baby." I said grabbing my coat and bag, taking out my car keys. "But you're probably right, I'm not gonna worry."

"You're going to the game later right?"

"Yeah, you wanna go with me? Josh's people are picking me up so I can get in for free."

"Hell yeah, I'll be at your place in like two hours and I'll just get ready there."

"Alright I'll see you then." I said giving Tay a hug and leaving out the office. I said bye to everyone else who had to work today, a lot of people had too just because it was Super Bowl Sunday. I got on the elevator and through the light snow that was falling, I seen a bunch of ambulance and police lights flashing like crazy. It didn't surprise me cause people usually acted stupid when things like this was occuring. Traffic was moving slow so I was still sitting in the same spot for a while. I checked my phone and still no response, I tried to call him too, but no answer.

"Damn it Josh." I said shaking my head and trying to look at the accident ahead. There was too much snow, and too much red and blue lights flashing for me to even see anything else. A cop was directing traffic when I finally got to ride by the accident. It looked pretty bad, one truck was smashed up by another truck, and a car even got hit. There were about hundreds of police cars and maybe seven ambulances. I didn't recognize any of the cars so I drove right on through with the rest of traffic and headed back to my loft.
