Kaitlyn

It was Sunday morning. My family and I went to church every Sunday.

I picked out a white lace dress with back wedges.

After getting dressed, I walk downstairs to the kitchen where the rest of my family was.

I had an older brother named Bryce and my mom and dad. Pretty simple.

My mom lead us all out to the car (matte black Range Rover), and soon started it up.

Right as we began to drive off, I felt my phone vibrate in my lap.

New text from BabyBoy ❣

'Hi babygirl'

I smile before responding.

'Hi Jacob😘'

I shut off my phone after replying, before I know it we arrive at the church.

I open my car door, stepping onto the concrete.

Bryce shoves me out of the way and runs up to his friends.

Jerk.

I make my way into the building, seeing Brianna and Maddie standing by the snack bar.

I wave to the both of them, smiling.

We were all standing in one group  now. Out of the corner of my eye, I see a familiar face.

Emma Anderson.

God how I hated her. She was such an attention seeker. Plus I'm almost positive she has a crush on Jacob.

"Hey Emma, come over here!" I wave at her grinning.

"What are you doing?" Brianna whispers to me.

"You'll see." I smirk.

Emma approaches us, slowly.

"Hi Emma!" I give her a hug.

"U-um hi?" She says nervously, perfect.

"Look, so the girls and I are having a sleep over tonight. We want you to come." I say.

"Uh.." She looks down.

"Great! Come by my house at 8. I'll text you the address." I tell her, quickly grabbing Brianna and Maddie, walking away.

What the hell just happened?

I'm not completely sure if I should go or not, it seems kind of shady.

I arrive home, running up to my room.

After thinking several minutes, I decide to go to Kaitlyn's.

What's the worst that can happen?

I walk over to my closet, grabbing pajamas and an outfit for tomorrow.

The time is 7:45pm almost 8:00 o'clock. I decide to ride my bike to her house, since it was only a few minutes away.

"Bye mom! Love you!" I yell before shutting the door.

I grab my bike sitting against the garage, and begin to peddle as fast as I can to Kaitlyn's.

Once getting to Kaitlyn's, I set my bike in her lawn.

Knock knock knock.

I nervously play with my thumbs, waiting for an answer.

About 30 seconds go by, when the front door opens. A lady in her mid thirty's answers, who I assume.

"Hi, you must be Emma." She grins, reaching her hand out for me to shake.

I shake her hand. She opens the door further for me to come into the house.

"Everyone is upstairs, Kaitlyn's is the first door on your right." She smiles.

"Thank you." I walk up the stairs, heart pounding.

The first door on the right is baby pink, yeah that's about right.

I knock on the door. I hear a lot of voices coming from inside.

There are footsteps, then the door opens.

Kaitlyn is standing there.

"Emma!" She shouts, bringing me in for a hug.

She leads me into her rather large bedroom. I scan the room.

Brianna, Maddie, Amanda, a face I've never seen before and...

No. Jacob's here.

"Since everyone is here, why don't we play a game?" Kaitlyn suggest.
