Pffff. As if I was going to get any sleep after what had just happened. Just to reassure myself. I flexed my wings, before wrapping them around me and Scar. He smiled, knowing what I was thinking.
'Yes, dove, they are still here, you didn't really lose them.' (NOTICE THE PUNCTUATION AFTER YES) Still too shaken from my dream to speak, I nuzzled into the hollow of his chest.
'Grian can we shift? This is hurting my back.' I grumbled and rolled off him, sitting beside him instead of on top of him. Scar soon fell asleep, and someone turned off the hallway lights.
'I assume you're not going to sleep?' came Froggos voice out of the gloom. I shook my head, unsure if he could see me or not. 'Yeah, same. I'm not sleeping either.' How the hell could he see me? I squinted towards the bed, and what met my eyes, was 2 glowing, purple orbs.
