(25) Day out

Taehyung sighed

"Alright. But if your eomma allows...Then would you like to go out with me??"

Taemin thought about it for a second before nodding hesitantly

Taehyung gave him a smile before ruffling the little one's hair

And again...The father son duo were sitting on the same bench waiting for Jimin.

After some minutes of complete silence. Taemin spoke

"You...handsome"

Taehyung looked at the little one with wide eyes.

"Huh?"

Taemin giggled at the older male

"Did you just called me handsome?"

The small guy nodded and looked up at Taehyung with his big, innocent eyes.

Taehyung was taken aback. He blinked in surprise, not quite sure how to react.

It was such a simple, innocent compliment from a child, but it held so much weight for Taehyung.

He had never been self-conscious about his appearance, He didn't even cared when people called him handsome but to hear it from his own son made him feel a mix of disbelief and gratitude.

In that moment, Taehyung couldn't help but smile, feeling a surge of happiness and gratitude.

He looked down to Taemin's eye and ruffled his hair, trying to hold back the  smile but failed to do so

"Thank you, buddy"

he said softly, his voice filled with emotion.

"You're the handsome one here."

It was a small moment, but it meant the world to Taehyung.

It was a testament to the progress they are making in their relationship, and it filled him with hope for the future.

After waiting for a few more minutes a car stopped in front of them.

Before Taemin could run towards the car, Taehyung stopped him

"Wait...Wear this and don't remove them okay?"

He made him wear the cute headphones before picking him in his arms. The little one started nodding to the rhythm of the music playing in his ears. Taehyung chuckled at the cuteness while kissing his son's cheeks.

Jimin got out of his car and frowned looking at his son in Taehyung's arms.

Tae walked towards the furious male looking straight into his eyes.

As he stood in front of Jimin, He looked at him with straight face

"What are you doing with my son? Didn't I tell you to stay away?"

Said Jimin

"Correction...He is my son as well...I have all the rights to be with my son"

Tae spoke causing jimin to clench his jaw while looking at him

"Give my son back"

Jimin tried to snatch his son from Taehyung but the taller male backed away.

"Wait"

Taehyung said pointing his index finger at Jimin. He took out an envelope from his coat's pocket, Handing it to the shorter male

"What's this?"

Jimin asked with confusion

"A letter from the court. It says that I can spend as much time as I want with my son...And nobody can stop me including you...I can take him anywhere in busan and guess what...I don't need your permission for that until you win the case...You should be thankful that I am informing you before taking him with me."
