"Yeah yeah I heard; about Tazuna the bridge builder right. That's why I'm here. I want you to abandon this mission. And don't worry if you do exactly as I say I'll pay each of you doubled of what Gato promised."

I eye-smiled them while cracking my knuckles; "I was hoping you'd say that."

We had a long 'talk' though I mainly did the talking. "And I'm not Konoha's dog but wolf! "

"Ok, ok we agree! We'll listen to what you say."

"Perfect. Just in time.", A few meters away were the genin groups.

"Ok, send a clone to do as you had planed. Attack them. With intention to kill."

"What?", The brothers looked at me with an incredulous expression.

"You want us to hurt them?"

"Yeah that's right."

"Then why did you even stop us. Why-"

"Hey! Less talking and more actions. Send a clone though. We can't have you being killed right now. I still have some couple of jobs left for both of you.

They got ready and I also sent a clone disguised as a low rogue-nin to attack the kids as well. I stood on a tree while observing the group. The senseis acted as though they died and shikamaru quickly took the lead and they did defend Tazuna while attacking the brothers. No one froze up but Naruto still got hurt. Kakashi, Asuma and Kurenai interrogated the clones and left them half dead. Hmph that's no good. They should have killed them. What if they attacked them again on their way back. I was expecting Asuma and Kurenai to let them live but not Kakashi. He has really mellowed.

"Here we did as you asked.", the two appeared beside me.

"Ok, go ahead and meet up with Zabuza in Tazuna's village. Help him when he attack the kids again. There'll be some other mercenaries helping you. They can be trusted. Don't tell Zabuza I sent you though. I'll send you signal when you need to fall back. Just like we did on that one mercenary mission before."

"Ok. See you."

Three days later

The group was on the river leading to the village. Tazuna and the senseis were in the boat while the genins were walking besides them. When they arrived, Naruto threw a Kunai in the bush. I should really work on him becoming a sensor-nin more. Like in the og, only a rabbit ran away, but everyone quickly noticed that something was wrong.

"Duck!", shouted the 3 senseis while Kakashi pushed Tazuna down. The mist density increased.

"My~, if it isn't the Great Kakashi of the sharingan.", said Zabuza in his deep voice while slowly appearing.

"Zabuza Momochi, the mist swordsman.", replied Kakashi while everyone got in defensive position.

"Hey hey, don't forget about us!" "Yeah, we gotta have our revenge.", the 2 brothers appeared as well releasing a bit of K.I

"You! How are you both here. We defeated you back in Konoha.", shouted Naruto.

"Yeah, defeat. Not kill." "Here this will serve as a good lesson to you kids, who dream about playing ninja.", they got in their fighting stance.
